Called to see about a lost ID and cant even talk to someone at the establishment to see if an ID was left at the establishment. Told it could take 24-48 hours to get a call back.

Ryan who was working in the game redemption center was absolutely amazing when I approached him to ask if he had any banana inflatables I could redeem with points like the one in human crane game. My 2 yr old son wanted one and he is the only reason I come to Dave and Busters with my husband. Even though he was unable to give me the banana inflatable, he went above and beyond to get me a baseball bat inflatable and even assured me that I can bring it back if my son didn't like it since he had run off by then. I was pleasantly surprised and amazed at the kindness and compassion and understanding he displayed with accommodating a 2 yr olds request. I brought my son to him after blowing up the bat so he could properly thank him since he was delighted and unfortunately we gave Ryan a mini scare sneaking up on him. I honestly think he is one of your best employees and made this one of my most memorable visits since I have visited over 10 times to this location. Ryan deserves a raise and much more because he truly is an asset to your location and you would definitely lose an amazing employee if he ever left. I am sure I am not the only one he has helped and genuinely gone out of his way for. Please recognize him for his truly commendable customer service skills.

The drinks are strong, the service is werid and food is nasty. The only thing that's good is the fried pickles. It was a girls night out, the arcade is okay, the prizes are cool but the pay out isn't worth any of it. We pretty much spent the night collecting ducks lol 😆....so if you got a duck. We're not sorry.

Had a work event here, overall it went very well. The staff in particular was very friendly. Fun atmosphere, great place for small or big events.

The craft cocktail had a crazy lot of ice. The mgr looked and said he would be sure to mention it. The waitress said it is not her dept. I wouldn’t pay for another drink here. The food was good. The service was slow.

I come here atleast once a month and Christine is so awesome she always comes and checks in on everyone. And I love that D&B finally switched up the menu and gave the restaurant a much needed face lift!

Well it was my daughter's birthday I went thru the trouble of reserving a table and long and behold I get there of course noone is there to check me workers walking around like they don't get paid to be there so I had to flag someone down and YES THEY ALL SEEN ME BUT NOOOOOOBODY WANTED TO TAKE MY SERVICE AS IF IT WASNT THEIR JOB AND OF WHEN THEY DID THEY SAY OHH SO AND SO SUPPOSED TO BEEN HERE MIND YOU IM HERE FOR A BIRTHDAY RESERVATION AND THEY SAY WELL I CANT HELP WITH THAT BECAUSE THE MANAGER NOT HERE HERE LIKE HUH 🤔 AND I SAID I HAVE A BIRTHDAY RESERVATION MIND YOU MIND DAUGHTER TURNED 11 AND NOPE THEY PUT ME NEXT TO BAR INSTEAD WHETE THE RESERVATION PEOPLE GO SERVICE WAS SOOOOOO SLOW HORRIBLE HAVE TO DO BETTER

Jesse was a very nice manager and was present and caring. Our waitress was nice and efficient.
