Dave & Buster's Wauwatosa

For a not-too-busy restaurant (lots of empty tables) the service was slow and poor. The food was slow and cold. The service was severely lacking. Service at the bar was a little better. Overall, we like D&B for the games, food, and fun. This experience was much lower than expectations.

Upon arrival I was met with a rude female. She stated the dining area was closed I explained I made a reservation she answered “that don't mean nothing” escorted us to a table with high chairs as today we had no choice but to sit there. Both my sister and myself are disabled and it was very uncomfortable to sit in those seats so I stood most of the night. There was no other seating available. Outside of that our server was awesome our food was great and my children had a good time. They are all minors so we have to accompany them. It would be nice if our comfort level was considered

We recently went here for the first time. There were 8 of use (6 got the dine and play deal). The place was pretty empty. Not sure if it was because it was the weather or date (12/30) but it was nice not to have to wait for any games. The service however was awful. There were lots of people working but he was either stretched too thin or just flat out not a good server. I told him we had never been there before and asked how it worked and he wasn't able to answer any basic questions. What really annoyed us was we were forced to tip 18% on the total bill even though more than half of that were game cards (not anything he actually served us). The food was borderline gross. My expectations were low from the start and I was not surprised. Next time we will skip eating and just go to play games.

We had a reservation for Christmas Eve at 5:45. An hour and a half before dinner, we received a notification that they were closing at 6:00pm that night. We then were scrambling to rebook a large group somewhere else with few places open. I don't know if the issue was with Open Table or Dave and Busters, and I agree that the staff should be able to celebrate the holiday, but we should never have been able to book the reservation in the first place if they were closing early.

Perfect place to host a company outing! The staff was incredibly helpful!

Great environment, employees could potentially be an issue but overall great atmosphere and just make sure you have extra money beforehand because food is not cheap 😂 Merry Christmas 🎁

The chicken tenders were dry and bland. The drinks were light and expensive. The games are rigged and the prizes are unattainable. The servers were nice tho. Overall waste of money. Bad experience

When you go here, you are not going for the food. Poor quality bar food. Service was not very good. We had to ask for everything drinks, silverware, etc. Server was more interested in her phone than the customers.

Food was ok at best. Our server was not smiling at all. She seemed not wanting to be there let alone take care of our table.

The waiter was great I think her name was crystal the food was OK they could have given more sides like the coleslaw and the fries I felt like I was eating a lid meal but hey for the most part it was fine it was for my daughter birthday but I wouldn't dine myself the serving portions of the food is not enough for the price 😉

The food was so so and the service was horrible. We were there to eat a football game. We had to find the waitress every time that we needed anything

I was disappointed with the service at D & B, it was slow and not very helpful. However our waitress was really nice and knowledgeable about the menu. I went with my friend to watch AEW Full Gear and despite it being advertised for 7 PM they didn't start showing it till after 8 PM the preshow actually started at 6PM so that was frustrating. The food was expensive and average at best, my friend ordered a cheeseburger but got a smash burger instead which was not what he wanted. Add a fight that broke out in the men's bathroom and it was a most disappointing night.

Food was not good. I wouldn't eat there again. I thought it would be a more adult atmosphere, definitely not the case. Our server was faantastic. Some of the games took $ and didn't activate the game so we had to pay twice.

Food is terrible and over priced. Gaming tokens are VERY overpriced. Items to buy with tickets is a crazy racket!
