Dave & Buster's Wauwatosa

Well it was my daughter's birthday I went thru the trouble of reserving a table and long and behold I get there of course noone is there to check me workers walking around like they don't get paid to be there so I had to flag someone down and YES THEY ALL SEEN ME BUT NOOOOOOBODY WANTED TO TAKE MY SERVICE AS IF IT WASNT THEIR JOB AND OF WHEN THEY DID THEY SAY OHH SO AND SO SUPPOSED TO BEEN HERE MIND YOU IM HERE FOR A BIRTHDAY RESERVATION AND THEY SAY WELL I CANT HELP WITH THAT BECAUSE THE MANAGER NOT HERE HERE LIKE HUH 🤔 AND I SAID I HAVE A BIRTHDAY RESERVATION MIND YOU MIND DAUGHTER TURNED 11 AND NOPE THEY PUT ME NEXT TO BAR INSTEAD WHETE THE RESERVATION PEOPLE GO SERVICE WAS SOOOOOO SLOW HORRIBLE HAVE TO DO BETTER

Jesse was a very nice manager and was present and caring. Our waitress was nice and efficient.

Disappointing Experience at Dave & Buster's in Wauwatosa I recently visited Dave & Buster's in Wauwatosa, WI, for an early afternoon meal before heading to the games, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. While the overall atmosphere was lively and energetic, our service was nothing short of disappointing. Our server was incredibly confused throughout our meal. He got our orders wrong, never brought out the waters we requested, and didn't check back on us at all. Things took a turn for the worse when he mixed up our bill with another family's and, without us noticing, they paid it. He then handed us their bill, which had extra charges added to it, including beers we didn't order. After a few minutes of confusion, I had to speak with the manager, who was fantastic and quickly corrected everything, but the experience left a lot to be desired. As someone who has worked in the service industry for a long time, I was shocked at the level of incompetence from our waiter. The manager was great in resolving the issue, but overall, the service was poor, and it really overshadowed the meal. As for the food and drinks, the typical Dave & Buster's pricing is high, but that's to be expected. However, the service was so lacking that I'd think twice before returning.

We even have to say the restrooms were very clean! Our waitress was on point. She suggested items to us and answered every question. The Manager Christina was so hospitable and I noticed she was always helping wait staff which was nice to see! I cannot wait to celebrate my birthday with friends!

We came here to celebrate my dad’s birthday since we love going there for the games and food and even desserts, when we had gone before everything went pretty well. We got sat and the server took a while to come check on us, it was busy so i understand, but he forgot one of our drinks, didn’t ask us about it any appetizers even though we were interested, after he served the drinks he didn’t ask if we were ready to order, he came back 15 minutes later even though we had been ready, he never came back after to check up on us and how the food was, we eat and went to try to turn the bad experience into a good one but when we asked for the bill he had told us that there was no way to split it and then proceeded to do it, after he had just lied about it, we paid and even though we got the unlimited card with a free plate, he charged us for it, we waited for the manager and then she told us she was going to refund the money, this had never happened before but it left a bad feeling about the place.

Horrible service. Went for a 15 yr old birthday. Was told 20 mins to have a table. So went to the game room to wait. Dropped 200$ on cards. Played games for 2 hours or so. Was told 20 more mins each time for 2 hours.

I hardly ever write reviews but this place was a joke. Whoever is running the serving staff in incompetent at best. A lot of running around, no communication and no results. Waited an over an hour to be seated after being told 10 min, when we did get seated waited another half hour for a food order to be taken and now I’m sitting here waiting to see how long that takes. Staff seems willing to try but have little to no direction I think. Very disappointed.

The food was not good nor enough most definitely didn't get a full serving of my pasta the service was horrible waited 45 minutes for my food to be remade foe ot to only come put with less shrimp I was beyond disappointed

Clean, well kept, and enjoyable environment. Pleasant team members to assist. Food was ok but was pricy for portion sizes and quality of some menu items. Friendly staff were very diligent and helpful.

Food was alright but service was very disorganized. Took forever for our table to get our food.

Poor lady behind bar was over run. Some employees didn't show. Great friendly service despite being busy!! New some more like racing type games...

Made an online reservation for 20, but when our party Arrives they will only seat 10 at time with 20 minutes between. They don’t want your business.

Server was MIA majority of the visit. Felt like she only cared for the sale. I ordered the bacon smash burger with fries. The burger was subpar and the fries were borderline McDonald's. Will not be returning.

I know it's an adult and kid friendly place but kids are able to stay late while alcohol is flowing, half the games didn't work and everything is over priced
