I tried this place for the first time today. I had a chicken tender, slider, Mac and cheese and a strawberry shake. The chicken sandwich was really good. The chicken tender by itself was not so great. I hated the breading on it. The Mac and cheese was bland and the cheese fries were something I could’ve made at home. Culver’s has way better milkshakes ??♀️ All in all, I’m glad I tried it but won’t be going back.

Let me tell you about Dave's. I expected to hate it. I said "of all the places they could have moved in here, why THIS?" I was dismayed that the new lunch option near work was such a plain concept. But then I ate there, just to prove my point. Now, I go every week or so.There are only two things wrong with Dave's Hot Chicken:1) Charging 3.50 for a little thing of slaw is highway robbery, and the sliders don't have enough of it. Just my luck, because it's really good.2) I understand that all chicken tenders can't be the same size, but I feel like when I order a slider, about half the time it is pretty small. Sometimes they're huge, almost big enough for two sliders, so when you get a small one, it's a letdown, especially when your move is to just get one slider to save money and you don't get as full. Maybe they should sort them into two size categories or just sell it by weight. It's enough of an annoyance that I've taken breaks from eating here, feeling like I'm dropping 7 dollars for a bun with a bitty tender on it and then looking for a snack after.But it IS good, so I end up back there. Just a very easy lunch that always hits.

Cashier was super nice and didn’t rush me gave good recommendations too. I like when people are honest about their opinions instead of just saying everything is good. I got the big cut of the cauliflower tender. It was fire. Their regular big tenders are also fire. Their breading is literally so crispy and good it’s nuts. I love this place. Also they put it on bread so it doesn’t get as soggy as fast and stays crispy longer. Fantastic. Oh and the chicken is actually good quality. Juicy and tender not dry and weird like other places. I’m extremely picky about chicken and meat but this place is great. Once again the cauliflower is SO good. Worth it. Oh and don’t be surprised they have a “single tender” option. They’re literally ginormous.
