I stop here every time I’m in the mall and normally the doughnuts are excellent I can’t say the same for today’s, these doughnuts were completely covered in sauces to the point where you couldn’t even get one out of the package without falling completely apart

We visited this afternoon and were turned away by the two girls who were sitting behind the counter eating their lunches. In their defense, they had written “on lunch” on a napkin by the register, but of course we didn’t see that as you assume a business is open when there are employees present at a mall kiosk. We did not return, much to my little one’s dismay, so no idea how their donuts are.

I have had all kinds of mini doughnuts before but not once have I ever tried there's and I can say they are the best doughnuts here in Wisconsin. A worker by the name of Danielle is amazing she was polite and very sweet. Which is rare to see here in the fast food industry. I ordered 12 mini donuts and she asked if I wanted to sample them before purchase and they were great. 10/10 service and all I will definitely be coming back here again.

Well-today’s visit fell so unbelievably short we will not be back. Female employee working….texting on her phone while we waited at the counter. Quick acknowledgment and right back to her phone. We walked away but opted to come back to order (mind you-still on the phone). Clerk then proceeded to do other stuff behind the counter, including washing something in the sink with a yellow cloth. Dried her hands and came then to the register to take our order. Mind you-never washed her hands! Luckily making the donuts she used a stick, but right in front of us with her other hand wiped her nose! Thank goodness she put a glove on in order to do the toppings but still-we almost asked for a refund do to the lack of food safety/ hygiene. So disgusted after replaying what happened we ended up throwing up the donuts out to play it safe.

Paid for 48 donughts only received 1/2 my order and the dasher ran away from me saying sorry. Literally ran! He got his tip lol. Horrible
I don't usually leave reviews, but this place is shockingly bad.Their promo pictures look nothing like the actual donuts. Most of the donuts you cannot even tell the flavor difference by sight or taste. You'd get the same experience buying a bag of donuts holes, honestly.It's very disappointing, as they had some unique menu options that made this look like a good option for snacks for a birthday party, but it was instead a big disappointment. Not even mediocre- just gas station tier product.I don't know how anyone could give this place a good rating. You would either have needed to grow up eating lead paint chips or have no taste buds to think this is worth the money.

Bring the old lemonade back?! As soon as it got popular, of course you guys make it less sweet it’s like I am drinking a diet lemonade and the only thing to make it a hint * of sweetness pop is a strawberry smh. Fabiola Is amazing! So is the rest of the crew. Keep them around, just bring back the old lemonade. Won’t be back for that item until it is!

The doughnuts are extremely over priced, 12 small dry donuts are for about 12$, they are extremely dry and minimally glazed, I asked for extra on the side as a dip and they let me pay extra for that. Over rated and not delicious at all.
