Great spot for meeting with others, working alone, or enjoying patio space. They offer multiple spaces to sit including a first and second floor patio. The coffee was great and I enjoyed the winter spice muffin which had mixed berries in it. The customer in front of me asked about allergy information in a pastry and the barista quickly looked it up in a binder for them.

Good coffee, nice vibes. Not too busy and servers are kind and helpful! I would recommend if you're looking for a place to hang out and grab coffee. Sometimes parking can be tough so plan accordingly.

Coffee was good but service was ok. Hostess could be a bit friendlier. Also, I didn't like the fact that they didn't clear the snow right at the intersection corner of the street (area where the patio is). I literally had to walk on the street's bike lane to be able to find a place to cross over.

I have found the few times I've been there the place is dirty. Crumbs on table and floor. Bathroom needed attending. Sorry, I'm not goi g to tell them. If the area where I am eating is dirty, I can only imagine what it's like we are preparing drinks and food. Enough said! Staff is friendly. Personally, I think the food is overpriced - cute ambience. One in Menomonee Falls I feel as much nicer/ cleaner..
Overpriced compared to all other local coffee joints (Colectivo, Valentine & Stonecreek)Ordered a small latte and the cup was only 1/2 liquid, the rest foam.No need to over pay for worse coffee.

Served me a baked good with mold...it was the display. Coffee took forever like literally 30 mins for two cups of coffee that were overly sweet and just all around terrible. You need to do better but I won't be back.

My only complaint is that it is always busy. But, when you have great coffee, great food and a perfect location that is going to come with it. The friendly staff are just the cherry on top.

Saturday morning; Their electronic ordering system went down, and they didn’t seem to have any way to trouble shoot or efficiency process paper tickets. After a patient 30min wait for an iced coffee and iced late we just asked for drip coffee to go(it should have been a refund and free cup of coffee but wasn’t).They had a pile of receipts, were screwing up orders left and right which made the situation worse, were telling people that made online takeout orders that they didn’t know where their order was in line and they just had to wait. People just walked out without their orders and more left as they waited in line watching the chaos. I’m not sure if there was a manager on staff today or not, the communication to customers was bad. Having worked in the service industry they should have stopped taking new orders until they figured their stuff out; instead of 10 frustrated customers they probably had 50. There are too many coffee shops in Tosa to have service go like that.
