The lady at the register was more concerned with her phone. The $15 steak and cheese had hardly no steak on it. It was sloppy and all bread. I've been to firehouse in new Berlin and not even close to this one, way better.

Ordered 2 subs. Called out my order. The Philly had nothing but cheese and meat. Immediately told the dirty dreadlocked pot head that the veggies were all missing he said yeah, like we’re out of mushrooms, peppers and onions. Said yeah that would have been nice to know before I ordered it. Maybe get some employees with something above a 3rd grade education.

Just had the worst subs at this place and it was our first time visiting firehouse subs! Ordered the new roast beef au jus and their version of cheesesteak without the green peppers both as a medium meal deal with soda and chips for $30.25. We ate our chips and drank our soda waiting for the food. After what seemed to be forever our name was called and when we picked up the food we noticed a few things were wrong. The au jus was missing, the subs were ice cold, mine had liquid in the basket due to the cheese getting cold and congealing and their taste was nasty. A waste of time and money. The women behind the counter making food weren't wearing hairnet and part of her hair was in her face. The whole experience I normally would have asked for my money back but today wasn't worth it. We believe because they were talking so much they forgot about our food!

Firehouse Subs was a great lunch stop! I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with pepper jack cheese and jalapeños, and it was really good. The flavors were spot on, but the bread at the bottom of the sandwich was a bit soggy.
One of the staff members accidentally forgot my pickle, but she was super nice about it and gave me two to make up for the inconvenience—great customer service! Even though I ordered takeout, I loved being able to take advantage of their hot sauce bar. It’s such a cool touch and lets you customize your meal just the way you like it.
Overall, it was a solid experience, and I’d definitely go back!
