No one to take your order, serve you, or even acknowledge you are there.

Jedhia is the very best bartender in town!!! I am staying here and she is the energy that makes everyone congregate and because of her the lobby comes alive! Love the food too.

Sorry guys, i wanted to like the food but had a hard time doing so, buffet style, hot food was cold and dried out cuz it was sitting to long. We asked the waiter to make fresh fish for us and it took 25mns. So of course we filled up on cold salads. When the baked fish came out it was excellent. $18.00 is a bit pricey for a Friday buffet. I loved that it was quite. Maybe go back to menu choices like it used to be.

Food was horrible except for the just above tolerable prime rib. French toast needed a knife to cut through, even then it was challenging. Spare ribs were very dry. Orange juice was warm. Severely overpriced, if we had gotten 1 of our 2 meals free it was debatably worth it but then just as something to fix hunger. The bathroom garbage can was overflowing and didn't even have paper towel to dry hands. Waitstaff was courteous and seemed to try but this was a terrible overall experience.

If I could give 0 stars for this “restaurant”, I would. My husband got the most expensive steak, and it tasted like CLEANIG SOLUTION! It honesty tasted like they had marinated it in windex. It was completely indelible. The sample platter was obviously frozen food that they reheated in the microwave and the “grilled” vegetables were also frozen and reheated. Absolutely disgusting. The almost empty dining room should have been a warning sign.

Took forever to be seated. I'm pretty sure the poor waitress was hostess and possibly room service all by herself. The Mac and cheese was good but the temp was so high I burnt myself. I also had the "must try" black rum bacon jack burger was a huge let down. It tasted like a BBQ bacon burger, nothing special. The sauce didn't taste of rum, the cheese was too mild to stand out from the sauce, the best part about it was the thick cut bacon. The food was edible and close, not worth the price or wait time.

We went to Innovation for the Easter Buffet. we had a reservation for 12 Noon. There was one woman at a podium with the Buffett sign advertising the Easter event. As the crowd grew the doorway was blocked by families gathering. They had no staff upfront to reign the crowd in. After some confusion we checked in with the podium woman. She said you would be called to be taken to pay and seated. We waited and waited and then some. After some apologies we were taken at 12:45.Once seated we had a gal take drink orders but not explain the system. After asking the setup we were pretty much told to go for it!The Buffett was beautifully displayed. Breakfast and luncheon menu provided. The cold vegetables in one area were healthy. The seafood included boiled shrimp, smoked salmon, and crab legs all delicious. The rib roast was made to order and ham looked wonderful. The warm food selections sautéedmixed veggies, a green bean mix and some dishes I myself did not recognize.(a sign would be helpful)After all that, the dessert menu was lacking. Apparently the cherry cheesecake is a hit because after seeing people come with this dessert, I ventured out to get a piece but it was not to be.Most of all, the servers were wonderful! Very friendly and hard working. Appreciated them all being there on a Glorious Easter Day!Thanks so much!

I am rating this place based on one breakfast visit I had, the experience deserves only one star, but being cautious that maybe they are better at other times, I am making it 2 stars. Breakfast buffet is a joke, eggs over cooked, fruits don't look fresh at all. I ordered an Omlet, it was a week day and it was light, but after 20 minutes, the omlet is not out yet. I had to leave without having the Omlet, and I told the server that this is not her fault, but I do have other things in the day besides waiting for an omlet.

This is the first time I've ever reviewed a restaurant but I felt it was necessary. I'm a guest in the Crowne plaza that this restaurant is in. This was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. Went in there with four other coworkers who are all staying at the hotel and service was atrocious. Wasn't just me all of us agreed we were ready to walk out and not pay our bill it was that bad. I can't believe a chain like Holiday Inn/ Crowne Plaza would let such a poorly managed restaurant be in their hotel. I don't even want to give it one star but I can't post a review without giving it a star.

I am in town for a medical school interview at MCW right down the street and needed somewhere to eat quickly without going into downtown Milwaukee. I grabbed a salad to go from Innovation and loved it. I was helped by Emma and Crystal and they made sure my food came out quickly and that I was taken care of. Thanks guys!

Crystal was our server. She was singing and humming, and a very bubbly personality, very inviting, and we hope to see her again.
