My experience here was appalling. The lady who made my sandwich *Louse* I believe her name had a bad attitude and when I wanted my sandwich I'm paying for made a certain way, she cough all over her gloves n my sandwich! Im extremely upset that people who chose to work with food can be so disgusting to others. Also the lettuce is always pink at thia location. No friendly faces and definitely a negative environment.

If you have a gluten allergy, don’t go here, they don’t follow the separate counter protocol and aren’t as careful as they should be.
Also, be prepared to wait as there are multiple employees but they rely on one person to do it all.

I like that the website asks you to assign names to your subs. Unfortunately, the staff does not follow through on marking them. On today's sub, I did not get the correct bread even though it's noted on the receipt. Oh, well, I tried Jersey Mike's. Back to Cousin's.

We placed an online carryout order for a young relative in the hospital. Paid for and everything. When we got to the location they closed early with a sign on the door. CLOSED! NO FOOD FOR OUR HOSPITALIZED YOUNG LADY!!! Thanks for taking our money and making a sick young woman wait an extra hour for food. Actually all of the gluten free options are now closed because of this wild goose’s chase!!! NO FOOD! Sorry; you’ll just have to be sick AND hungry

My first time trying jersey Mike's. The sub was good. The customer service could use some work. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and was not pointed in the right direction when I was trying to order. It would've been nice to know where to order at. The young white guy was acting very clueless and just standing there staring. Very awkward. The young black guy with the locs he seemed to be the one doing everything. I most likely won't return to this location. I will eat their subs again though.

Wasn't pleased by the end of the transaction. Asked for a mini sub then before they started the order I asked can I make it a kids meal. I was brushed off by the lady with the black hair. As she told me I can mention it to the cashier (but you called out the rest of my order). I was annoyed because I was rung up for just the sandwich as I'm handing him(cashier) the money I mentioned this. You would think the fact that they all were staring at me as I'm ordering he would have heard me mention it to her but no. Anyway a something as simple as communicating with your coworker would had worked for me.
