Normally we have excellent food and service from this location . we work in a office near by and a member of our team went to pick up our lunches. The cashier behind the counter coud not be bothered to put his phone down, was short with our co worker , when she questioned him about adding to a bag that was missing an item and exchanging something, she was told to do whatever she wanted. The wraps we got were stale and dripping juices all over ..soaking thru the wrappers. Compared to our normal great food and service at that location , we were shocked .

Ordered delivery, never showed up. Said delivered so I called and they where extremely rude. Told me to call back in 20 minutes. Called back and the phone lines are now off. Like ok? I thought JJ's was supposed to be a nice place, thought wrong.

I come here every few months and every time I’m reminded why I will go to literally any other JJ’s besides this one. Usually it’s just that my food isn’t ready until like 15 minutes after I show up which means it’s usually ready 30-35 minutes after I order online. Tonight it was that the opening hours said they closed at 9 but when I got there a bit before 8 the doors were locked. Employee inside made no effort to come open the door or even signal to me that they were unlocking it for me. Then I kind of got the feeling I was inconveniencing them. Like, idk about other people but I read the opening / closing hours for a reason and if it’s over an hour before you close I’m not the one in the wrong… I’ll stick with the Brookfield location.

Placed a mobile order, like I usually do. Went inside to pick up my order, which wasn’t done. I asked them if they received my order and they said they were working on it. Meanwhile, at least 25 tickets came out of the machine and they started preparing those orders. There were 6 people behind the counter and 2 1/2 were making the sandwiches. I say 1/2, because he was as slow as a turtle. I told them after 15 minutes waiting inside, I wanted to cancel my order. The lady who was standing around chit chatting with the other 2 standing around, said she wasn’t a manager and didn’t know how to. Meanwhile, the turtle employee said “I’m making yours right now,” as I watch him make an Unwich, which wasn’t my order, then make the sandwich for the lady that came to pick up her sandwich that she said she ordered 27 minutes ago that wasn’t ready either. If you expect to get your food freaky fast or even in 15 minutes, you’re in for a long wait. The sandwich was great as usual, but the rudeness, slowness and unprofessional staff doesn’t make it worth it. Go to a different JJ.

So disappointed. Multiple times, our food and the bag have smelled of cigarette smoke. Today, it took almost a full hour to be delivered. (We live only minutes away) Tracking showed that it was delivered over twenty minutes before the food actually arrived to our house.
Excellent service from the manager Chakula and super fast delivery! I’ll try to make a long story short:
I ordered a sub for lunch and got it delivered. I asked for extra toppings and didn’t receive the extra toppings AND the tomatoes were small and seemed like they were only end slices.
I called the store and spoke with Chakula about my concerns and she resolved the issue immediately and offered to have the new sub sent back out!
I’m big on customer service so I appreciate when managers are willing to correct mistakes!

This place is one of the slower JJ's restaurants that I have been to. While I wouldn't call it bad it's defiantly not freaky fast. The food is also very average and not as good as the other locations. So overall I give it three stars. Also the whole parking lot of this establishment is in shambles and needs to be repaved in a BAD way.

Jimmy John’s slogan is “freaky fast” but this location is All freaky no fast. Disorganized employees just there to socialize and collect a paycheck. Delivery drivers begging the line cooks for orders and getting attitude in response from line workers as they just do whatever tickets they please in no order. I was the only in person order in the store, used the bathroom, and still had to wait 5 mins for my order. Been here twice, same story for employees both times. First time they made it wrong and I had to have them remake it, this time order was correct. (EDIT I adjusted my review down from overall 2 stars to just 1 as I’m now battling food poisoning. Food tasted ok at first but definitely something was wrong with it and I only ate half the wrap. I’m talking straight acid coming out the rear end, holding on for dear life in this gas station bathroom)

I work at a hospital close by and many times will place a big order and pick it up or order party packs for my coworkers. Never again, especially when I have 30 minutes to walk to parking structure, drive to JJ, back to parking structure, then walk over a block to get back in hospital. The sandwich was great as usual, but the rudeness, slowness and unprofessional staff doesn’t make it worth it. Go to a different JJ.

The worst customer service! I placed an order via the app at 11:13 am. I received the confirmation email and realized I inadvertently had the wrong delivery address (45 mins from where I needed delivery). I admit, this was MY FAULT. I called at 11:14, ONE minute after receiving the confirmation. I was placed on a brief hold after explaining that I needed to cancel an order that was JUST placed. Another person, who seemingly is not having the greatest day, answered the phone “JJ’s how can I help you” (even though I had already explained to the previous person what I needed…). I re-explained I needed to cancel an order and their response was: “the order is already complete, we can’t just waste product anymore so we have to send it”. I was so taken aback by this and when I explained that I had placed the order about a minute ago… they cut me off and said “it was made right away. I’m sorry, but in the space of 3 total minutes you did not make an entire sandwich, grab a bag of chips and fill a fountain drink. Again, initially this was absolutely my fault/mistake. So my review is really based on the overall terrible customer service treatment. There is not a chance the order was fulfilled in 1-3 mins and this should have been a successfully cancelled order. OR MAKE THAT AN OPTION ON THE APP! Mistakes happen. But crappy customer service shouldn’t have been the end result of this
I've had many sandwiches delivered to my work from this location during long evening shifts on the job, and all of them were delicious. The service is great, too. Thanks, guys!

Ordered my food to get here at 1. It didn’t get to me until an hour later I wanted it. I missed my lunch period because of them. They didn’t even give me a refund for my meal. They say they are freaky fast, but clearly not. Don’t get your food delivered because it won’t be there the time you want it.
