Worst service ever. I placed. Order for a sub. It took an hour and 40 minutes to get to me. When I called the first time the gentleman said it was made and waiting for delivery, then proceeded to wait another 35 min for it to be delivered, when called back to ask for a refund was told I was not allowed one just due to time delay. I expressed thst yes as I had to wait almost two hours as a paying customer I could ask for one. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that I wasn't going to get one just from a wait and not allowed one. Lady on phone also hung up on me when asking to speak to a manager above her. She stated she was the manager. I asked for store claimed she could not give me, I asked foe corporate and she said she couldn't give it to me and didn't know it. When I asked for her name she said she didn't have one and I didn't need it. Absolutely poor customer service. Also when I ordered a chicken wrap I thought I would get chicken on it. This thing was just all the vegetables and toppings

The worst service I have had in a long time. The deliveries are not "freekishly fast" and twice they forgot my drink. When I called the young lady was rude and hung up on me not once but twice. I asked them to deliver my soda, they said they would and I did not get it. Too bad I love the sandwiches but will not be taken advantage of. You have lost my business.

Food is normally good and quick. However today it took over an hour to get here and when I called to cancel since my lunch hour is over. He told me there was nothing I could do. Even though I will no longer be at the location they are set to deliver it. Then I asked him how much longer and he said he didn't know. All around terrible experience and I will not be ordering from this location again. ?

We ordered our food at 11:20 AM and received our food at 1:45 PM. After calling three times and them telling us to call back in another 45 min. We finally asked for a refund. They said they could give us store credit. Not the first time that this location has been less than freaky fast.

Placed an order on 9/14 at 11:25am ended up canceling the order at 12:20pm because it still hadn’t been processed. They said it wouldn’t refunded for up to 14 business days. Do NOT place an order unless you have an hour and a half to wait. This is the 3rd time our office ordered with a major time issue.
