Javier the ‘district manager’ offered no help and wouldn’t take any responsibility for the awful and incorrect order we received. He just tried to blame their website for not working since we did an online order even though the sandwiches themselves were thrown together haphazardly and just wrong. Why he couldn’t try to remedy the mistake is beyond me. No wonder they only have 3.2 star rating here. We have been longtime fans of jimmy John’s and just moved to the area but this was a serious let down and will not be going here or ordering again from this location.

This Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite quick lunch meals especially with this location. Fast and always full of fresh vegetables. Best tool I’ve learned to use is the new phone App, especially for freebies. Most noticeable manager always working and first to greet and wave goodbye when dining in. Outdoor tables perfect for late lunch or early dinners.

Why even have a select time when you never showed up? I’d give ya a ZERO if possible. Waited 45 minutes before enough was enough for a 8” sandwich. Go to the Miller Parkway location, a lot better.
