Hands down the WORST Jimmy John’s location. Took over an hour and a half to get my ONE sandwich I ordered, and it was made terribly. Bogus and a waste of money.

I ordered a sandwich on the app to be delivered and they gave me a completely different one. I ordered the Club Lulu with no tomatoes and got an Italian Club. I was very disappointed and will never order from here again.

Spent close to $30 for 2 sandwiches and a drink to be delivered as soon as possible… it was delivered an hour after ordering… and to top it off, it was the worst sandwich I have ever had from Jimmy John’s. Hardly any turkey, avocado, or mayo on my beach club. It was pretty comical that something that poorly made left the restaurant. The bread was not great on either sandwich. It was just overall bad! If you’re gonna make people wait that long because you’re short on drivers, at least make sure you’re making the sandwiches to standard. Or like maybe the franchise owners should step in and work until you can get your restaurant fully staffed. One delivery driver on a Saturday afternoon is wild. But if my sandwich was at-least good like usual, I wouldn’t be pressed. I’ve ordered from this location a few times and delivery can usually take like 20-30 minutes (they won’t update tracking the order on the app so I know to check the front of my apartment every five minutes) and I’m not that impressed with my food, like I’ve had better from other JJ’s. But this one took the cake and I’m definitely not ordering from here again. Sorry y’all. Hope you get staffed appropriately and properly supported by the franchise owners.

Terrible location, I live 2 minutes away and work from home so I can't leave to pick up my order. I ordered delivery here twice and both times it look over an hour for my 1 sandwich and 1 drink to be delivered.

7:30 on a weeknight all the chairs are up and it looks like the kids inside are trying to close early, I walk in asl what time they close and the kid says 10 I try to order and the kid says they have 1 piece of bread! Not a whole subs worth jist a half of a loaf! What a joke your owner should be ashamed!!!! Just pathetic

I’m disappointed with the quality of the bread at the Wauwatosa Jimmy John’s. Every time we’ve ordered from this location, the bread has been consistently stale, which is incredibly frustrating. We recently moved to this area, and unfortunately, this is now our go-to delivery location. However, we’ve found ourselves driving to our old Jimmy John’s location instead, just to get fresh bread even though they don’t deliver. It’s disappointing that a franchise known for its “freaky fresh” sandwiches is missing the mark here. I hope this location addresses the issue and starts serving bread that’s as fresh as it should be.
Went in today after a positive experience at the Las Vegas location. Ordered a vegetarian sandwich with all veggies. Specifically mentioned all the vegetables I wanted but still ended up with just bread, lettuce and cheese. What a rip off! In the other location, I was able to view the making of the sandwich. In this location, I couldn’t see what was being made and just had to trust that the order is correct. Highly disappointed!!

Server woman was rude. Informed us 10min after we placed our order that they were out of the Smoked Cheddar for the Smoked Cheddar Boirbon sandwich . In total it took almost 20min. Unbelievable!
