I’ve been here at least 3 times and whenever I come back I’m reminded of why I do not like it here. The food quality is not at all good and the service at the bar is even worse. You can get cheaper and high quality food at a smaller local restaurant.

Decent service and pretty nice ambience. Convenient location in Tosa Village. Food was okay, if bland. Not offensive by any means but not inspired. Chips were pretty good but needed more salt. Enchiladas needed more seasonings and a deeper flavor profile. Probably not worth the price to return.

When I asked the hostess where the bathroom was she barely looked up from her phone to tell me.. Food was very good. Ordered nachos during happy hour. Price for happy hour not too bad.

We were sat very quickly & it was quite nice on the upper balcony but the food was subpar! We ordered cheese enchiladas and the cheese was not melted at all! The rice tasted like it was from the day before and very salty! We mentioned this and only received free sodas! Not planning to go back anytime soon!

I have been stopping here 1x monthly with some coworkers. We have been going to the bar, we go around 3pm there is typically very few to no one at the bar. It’s the same bartender. Each time he makes up a different rule regarding how he would like to handle the checks. First time he flat out refused and told use that we all ordered together so we have to pay together. Second time he was more accommodating and provided separate checks and allowed us to start a tab and close out (as a normal bar would). Today we went and he told us they don’t do separate checks and we would need to close out for each drink/food item we purchased. So each persons card was ran multiple times during the visit. Why wouldn’t Jose’s train their bartender to start a tab? The bartender is not friendly and is generally rude. Not worth it for us to bring our business here.

The food was good and the drinks were okay (not strong). It was packed. It was very hot outside and they had the doors open so the bar area was humid. There was a 30 minute wait on a table. They did valet the parking.
