staff manners were poor
we had to pull ahead and wait for our order. the guy decided it was wrong and disappeared. we waited 10 minutes they brought back the food and mine was luke warm.

Charges for trading sides. Out of crispy chicken and thighs. Bad customer service. KFC has tanked
