Service is piss poor, it seemed like i was bothering them sitting down on their phones talking. I wanted a 4 piece tenders and they said they had 3 made thats been sitting their probably since they opened and refused to make it fresh so i had to change my order to something else and it was given to me in 1 minute luke warm and probably also been sitting since they opened. Not wearing gloves hair net nothing and i was wondering why its always dead asf their and now i know. I would expect this type of service on 27th and capital not on 68th and north

This place has got to be up there with the worst service of all time. If you go within an hour of them closing, they will not sell any food that they don’t already have sitting out. If you go at any other time of the day, there’s a pretty good chance they probably “don’t have” whatever it is that you ordered. And guaranteed the person who talks to you in the drive-through hates you.

If I could give no stars I would! Had the worst service here! The older lady that works there that always had a mean nasty demeanor is the WORST. Got all the way home to the most soupy and water coleslaw I had ever seen! Cold meat and bread. Drive all the way back for her to tell me that it was mixed wrong. When I asked for a refund she rufused. This place is always just horrible!! That lady is bad for business and she’s scary.

omg....they shoud closed this place for ever...2 days i have to cancel my orders...always closed...today 11/09/2024 at 6:33pm i online order a single chicken sandwich,drive at 6:42 was empty,they said will be ready at 6:45...pass again at 6:52 not ready when they take care at least 8 cars...just a single sandwich and she give me actitud also...if you are not happy in your work? just quit...but for real,tosa its getting way to better just to have this local messing the area...they need to put something else or closed down for ever...here at 7:01pm not a single chicken sandwich yet....pass again and she said she will bring out...have to cancel my order at 7:15 they never came out with my order... 30 minutes after said order was done...

I placed an order on app and still had to way 20 mine. Manager Always Rude . She doesn't want to be a KFC. Order was to be ready at 11:50 it is now 12:15 still waiting. Why order online if you still have to do all this. Fire the Manager. This makes no sense.
