The pot pies are good when they have them. Drive thru has been broken for weeks. Very inconvenient at times. Service depends on who is working. Some employees make it obvious they don’t wanna be there.

Wrost customer service ever the drive thru person was very rude bought two double 7 pieces special the chicken was old and dried out 😞 the gravy container wasn't closed properly gravy spilled everywhere inside the bag didn't notice until I got on the highway. I was freaking pissed a waste of money. So I tried calling and they kept hanging up on me 3 times $40 going down the drain way to go

The manager told the front counter employee to tell me my meal will be up in 15 mins then whispered back and said it’s going to be more than that I’m about to start on something else. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. My chicken was cold not warm. I’m very displeased

Rita was awesome! She’s definitely a team player multitasking running the front the house and taking care of orders fast all by herself at times. She’s needs to be recognized for going above and beyond. Keep her around.

The manager is a older African American lady and she is one the rudest people I have ever met or encountered at a fast food restaurant in my life. And on top of that my nephew attempted to work and when asked if he could speak to a hiring manager she rudely stated “we not hiring” and proceeded to hang up on my 17 year old nephew. That’s unprofessional and nobody should be working anywhere talking like that to people. Shame on her and shame on the people who hired her.

I visited the KFC on 67th and North Ave and unfortunately experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a while. The manager on duty appeared overwhelmed, having to manage both the counter and the drive-thru. This clearly impacted her ability to provide even basic customer service, which was lacking in more ways than one. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend this location—it’s clear that customer service is not a priority here.

Chicken isn't good anymore like it used to be. Mashed potatoes tasted bitter. 2 ladies working. Neither one seemed at all glad to be there. This is the 2nd store now and I'm not wasting any more money. First location experience was worse.
