The manager is a older African American lady and she is one the rudest people I have ever met or encountered at a fast food restaurant in my life. And on top of that my nephew attempted to work and when asked if he could speak to a hiring manager she rudely stated “we not hiring” and proceeded to hang up on my 17 year old nephew. That’s unprofessional and nobody should be working anywhere talking like that to people. Shame on her and shame on the people who hired her.

I visited the KFC on 67th and North Ave and unfortunately experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a while. The manager on duty appeared overwhelmed, having to manage both the counter and the drive-thru. This clearly impacted her ability to provide even basic customer service, which was lacking in more ways than one. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend this location—it’s clear that customer service is not a priority here.

Chicken isn't good anymore like it used to be. Mashed potatoes tasted bitter. 2 ladies working. Neither one seemed at all glad to be there. This is the 2nd store now and I'm not wasting any more money. First location experience was worse.

My experience here was amazing.
The customer service was nice, and despite them being busy, they made sure that I felt seen and heard. I had ordered a family meal and they made sure to get everything right, as-well giving me extra sauces.
The environment was also clean and tidy which Is a plus.
I will be coming back here again,

It's KFC-what more can I say? An average at best fast food joint. When I went they were out of chicken tenders as well.
Service is piss poor, it seemed like i was bothering them sitting down on their phones talking. I wanted a 4 piece tenders and they said they had 3 made thats been sitting their probably since they opened and refused to make it fresh so i had to change my order to something else and it was given to me in 1 minute luke warm and probably also been sitting since they opened. Not wearing gloves hair net nothing and i was wondering why its always dead asf their and now i know. I would expect this type of service on 27th and capital not on 68th and north
