Poor customer service. Intercom was not working, and no one was answering, so I drove up to the window. And when someone finally noticed me they told me I had to drive back around to take my order!!! I've worked customer service all my life and I would NEVER expect that of a customer. I just left. Not worth driving around the block and getting at the end of the line for.

When placing an order in the app and pulling up curbside to wait is ridiculous when you’re waiting over 10 minutes for 2 items and it happens at this McDonalds and this one only and sad because this one is close to my house.

the morning staff at this location is beyond exceptional. every single morning they give us the perfect amount of sauce on our food. 10/10 would recommend coming here for the MORNING STAFF 🥰💅🏼

I placed a curbside pickup order and was told to go inside or use the drive-thru due to an issue. I did—and still had to wait over 30 minutes just for a coffee and a sweet tea. I understand things happen, but what made it worse was the complete lack of communication or accountability. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was ignored. No apology, no explanation—just a frustrating, disappointing experience all around.

This Restaurant Has Always Been Around, I have Much Respect For This Restaurant, Location And Atmosphere. There’s Been Major Changes And I Understand That. Always Had Diversity Due To It’s Location Long Before, But There’s a Language Barrier. Majority All Spanish Wether Good Customer Or Bad Customer Service. Its Hard To Even Speak To Them When The Policy Of No Speak English Exist. Hard Workers Come In Many Forms But The Lack Of English Cant Be Credited For.

They say they open at 5am but I’ve came multiple times on the way to drop my daughter off at school around 7-7:15am and there never anyone there and if someone is there they ask can I drive back around like they didn’t know they were open.
