They really don't be busy 24/7 to be having people wait on the street or side just to make their numbers look good. Food is always good but you shouldn't have people waiting just to make your numbers look good in the drive through just to lie to corporate. I will not return to this

The manager Reina was super rude!! To the point staff said she’s acting like that because she’s the only one here. But honesty I’m the customer I don’t care. I was overcharged and she made me wait until she wasn’t busy to get a refund then tried to short me a dollar. I guess she can’t count. Be very careful how you treat ppl because things would have went very differently if I wasn’t with my kids. Nasty attitude why be a manager if you hate your job. I wanted to order something else because but she put the money on the counter and walked off. I won’t be ordering with this McDonalds ever again.

I walked there around 6:30 AM in the cold to go into the dining area. They let me sit at the door and didn’t have the courtesy to let me know that the dining area wasn’t open. I walked to the open back door and then someone finally told me the dining area isn’t open until 7 AM. But the sign clearly says 6 AM Friday through Saturday and 630 Sunday through Thursday. They need to update their signs.

Poor customer service. Intercom was not working, or no one was answering, so I drove up to the window. And when someone finally noticed me they told me I had to drive back around to take my order!!! I've worked customer service all my life and I would NEVER expect that of a customer. I just left. Not worth driving around the block and getting at the end of the line for.

This McDonald's is hands down the best one in this area. I've ordered my meals using the app from every location on the North side of Milwaukee and this location always has my food ready to pick up as soon as I walk in. The fries are usually always fresh and if not you can request to wait for a new batch and they will honor it without complaint. The dining tables are always cleaned. I've seen many times when I dine in that once a dining customer leaves, an employee comes over and makes sure that table is cleared off for the next person. No other location cares to do that.

This location has gone downhill since the ownership change!!Waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order and everything was cold (nuggets...fries...coffee). Went around to the drive thru for a fresh order. Waited another 20 minutes!! And Waited another 10 minutes for a burger they forgot when redoing the order. This is the 2nd time in two weeks with the same nonsense!!!

As far as McDonald's experiences go, this was one of the best I've had. Every staff member was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Despite being busy, the line moved quickly and efficiently. My order was correct and fresh. No complaints here!

The employees there barely look you in the eye. It takes forever to get their attention, and eventually, when you do, they seem to be annoyed/bothered. I ordered a McFlurry and a strawberry shake from my table in the play area (which always smells like a dirty diaper!). My kids were playing, so I didn't notice the time. After 25 minutes I went up to the counter and saw my two items melting away. I asked how long they were sitting there, and one of the employees made a face at me and took them away to me remade. Another employee asked why they had to be remade, then looked at me and rolled her eyes. They remade the shake and McFlurry, but I had to ask for a spoon, which annoyed them yet again. No one ever apologized nor thanked me. I don't expect much; however, a little common courtesy goes a long way.
