Rude and unprofessional. Had a birthday coupon that let me pick from a list of items off the menu to have free with use of coupon on the mcdonalds app. I tried to order a large iced coffee- one of the items on the list. The employee argued saying all i could have was a small soda or small fry and wouldn't let me get a word out otherwise. I had an email up on my phone showing what was listed-- what you could get with the coupon--but they didn't care and refused to let me use it as intended. They then marked my coupon as used so I couldn't use it elsewhere. Come on. Very unprofessional and just ridiculous. Would never return due to the lack of respect and pure unprofessionalism.

Don't ever go to this place I went there to the kiosk it did not print a receipt. Ask them at the counter when I got my food if I could get a receipt they said no we can't find it but they gave me my money back and gave me a receipt. So if you need to receive like me to get my money back as it's a company expense then don't go there .

An incredible better experience then my last attempt at McDonald's. Staff was friendly and right on top of customer service. After walking in less then 45 seconds my order was already taken. Great job!!!

I asked for 2 McChickens and 2 Cheeseburgers. I trusted the lady and said I didn’t need a receipt, but when i got my meal I was greeted with 2 McChickens with cheese. (Kinda liked it though..)

Kid-friendliness: They had far to many high seating tables, that not good when you have elderly and children that can hurt them selves. And then eed to keep tables wiped down to keep down illnesses.

Every time I go here I am so disappointed in the service. I had an order that was bad and I had to call 4x for someone to answer and they said they were refunding me, 24 hours later there was no refund, another 6 calls before someone answered and then I was told to talk to the store manager the next day and he basically told me he wasn’t going to do anything. Don’t waste your time at this McDonald’s!

The woman taking orders for drive threw on the evening of 11/16/24 was extremely rude with a nasty attitude. She also refused my app code that was perfectly valid to use. However, all of our food was fresh and made correctly!

It’s the fact that Ive been waiting my whole lunch break 30 mins for 2 mc chickens. Then while I’m waiting at the window the lady making drinks with one hand n holding a plate with garlic bread n fried chicken in the other. I’m all for multitasking but where is the 2 chicken sandwich I ordered 30 mins ago
