While the pizza tasted okay, they missed half of the toppings we asked for. The toppings that they did add to our pizza were concentrated on one half and the portions were inconsistent. For a place that emphasizes customer options, they did a poor job executing what we asked for.

I love MOD Pizza as a company, but the Wauwatosa location has gone downhill very quickly in the last year.
On average it takes 20+ minutes to get a mini, 2 topping pizza and it doesn't matter if there's only one person or five people in front of me. Several times I've sat nearby and waited for them to call my name when it's ready, only to check in after waiting longer than usual and have them give me a pizza that is cold and clearly been sitting on the counter for a while, with no apology or explanation.
They seem to have trouble keeping employees and the last three times I've attempted to get food there, I've seen a handwritten sign on the door saying they're closed due to lack of employees.
I really hope something changes in the near future because otherwise I unfortunately won't be coming back.

My first visit there was everything I hoped for- Great pizza, great customer service, and an okay environment. This visit was sub par because the pizza wasn't that great (it was VERY salty), the takes were all dirty and sticky, and the staff seemed bored and uninterested. There should be a better system at how they do multiple pizzas in 1 order because they ask for a name and then every pizza is under THAT NAME. Well my husband and I both ordered pizzas that LOOKED similar but one had Asiago & parmesean added, and I asked for ranch on mine. That pizza happened to be his, so a pizza went to waste after 1 slice because I dislike Asiago cheese & he dislikes ranch. Out of that whole visit my biggest gripe was the dirty tables and unkempt atmospheres. The only difference between my 2nd visit and 1st visit was the time of day. It's best to go before 4pm because it may be better.

Placed an online order for the purpose to not wait in line. I arrived after the ETA time in hopes to get my pizza. When I came in I struggled to get someone to help me find my order due to the employees not being attentive at all. Once I was able to get an employee’s attention he told me it would be 15 minutes. I left and returned after 15 minutes to no pizza being made. The ticket was sitting on the counter as the three employees were mingling.
It really sucks to place online orders at areas where they lack good customer service. I will never order from here again.

If you’ve seen the movie Zootopia, they hired the sloth DMV workers to staff this location. Went in for a school fundraiser and there were a few groups in front of us. It took 60 minutes total to finally get our food. The group in front of had their entire order and ate before my wife even finished her order. Seriously, I think my wife was standing up there for 20 minutes just trying to get the order taker to process the order. It wasn’t just that there was one or two workers present. There were five. Ridiculously poor service.
Kid-friendliness: Due to the extreme wait times don’t take your kids. My kids can handle 20-30 minutes of waiting before getting obnoxious. This took an hour to get our food. The workers were also giving dirty looks when our children made noise. Well if you didn’t take an hour to make 4 pizzas.

This is the worst MODs location. Lol waited 45 minutes to order. Only because my kid wants it. I don't know why they don't get more people to help. This location sucks I hope a manager looks into it. It's horrible more than a hour to get a pizza.

I’ve come to this location a few times and every time something ends up being made incorrectly. Tonight I ordered the Dillion James with Pepperoni…I got zero tomatoes and zero pepperoni…and I wasn’t asked what finishing sauce I wanted. I also ordered the garlic bread and wasn’t given any marinara. I was handed the closed boxes with zero personality on the other end. It’s my fault, I should have checked before leaving because it’s happened before, but I had already waited nearly a half hour and they were closing in 10mins. I didn’t make a stink and go back in once I realized it all, it wasn’t worth it. One lady was very nice and I appreciated that. Otherwise the others seemed to literally hate their life. I’m just choosing not to go to this location anymore after repeated issues :(

Was told by the "general manager" that they would not be able to make my order because they had other pizzas to make. 2 people came in and were turned away. I asked for a refund and she said she had to finish making some pizzas first. TERRIBLE service and place was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. I got a refund and will never go back. Total waste of my time.

This was a DoorDash and I have to admit I'm disappointed. The crust is very good. There was barely any chicken, hardly any mushrooms, and the toppings overall were very lackluster. The crust really did save the day. Won't be ordering again.
