coworker went and picked us up pizzas that we ordered through the app. They were ready which was nice, but my coworkers pizza was completely wrong and mine was cold, folded over and disgusting. my coworker called to see what could be done and the employee at the store was dismissive and rude. When she escalated it to speak to a manager, the manager said they “don’t make pizzas wrong” what?!!!!

Horrible experience tonight at Mod Pizza. We waited more than an hour and a half past the time it was scheduled to be picked up. One pizza was completely wrong, two were cold, and no dressing with the salad. NEVER going back again.

My friend just got us some pizza and let me tell you it was awful! Both our pizzas were not made with care, the crust was so burnt on both, when the dasher showed up he was carrying the pizza boxes sidewaysso alll the toppings on both pizzas slid to the side of the box and off the actual pizza! The quality of the food once we scraped it back onto the pizza was bad. You could tell whoever made our food hates their job. My friend ordered dairy free cheese on her pizza, and they barely even put anything on there, carelessly thrown together. I WILL NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN!

Wow. Just wow. We got our food handed to us like a grocery bag - by the handles. The tiny amount of toppings with literally no sauce- were all over the side of the box and pizza. Grease everywhere. We tried to scrape the toppings back on - but as you can see... its repulsive. To add insult to injury - there was a hair on the pizza too! We literally can't eat these. They're inedible. Let's get real - it was inedible quality before they turned the boxes sideways, anyways. Literally no cheese, no sauce. And who puts whole cloves of garlic on a pizza?! I selected garlic - but come on.... don't waste your money at a place like this. Take your $30 and spend it at an actual good pizza place.I only wish I had the original photos that I submitted through doordash - these photos are after we tried to salvage $30 worth of garbage.

When they mess up your order through Door Dash, there’s no way of getting it resolved by the restaurant that screwed up. Got the most disgusting cheesy garlic bread and smallest pizza ever. Not to mention the missing No Name Cake. Who made these???

Just moved to Milwaukee and needed a quick bite for dinner. This place was an easy make your own pizza shop that had many options. Food was nice and filling, and especially enjoyed different options for crusts. Also the service was great, very personable wait staff. Definitely a solid place to go with a reasonable price.
