Do not eat here! The food is not consistent and they do not give you the amount you pay for. There has been multiple times where the employees have been rude and disrespectful to customers. My daughter and her friends walked in and found a table to study at. Not even 2 minutes went by and a worker yells from behind the counter "are you guys going to order anything?!" "cause i cannot have you guys just hanging out here". They had not even put there stuff down and the worker had the audacity to scream at young teens. There was one other family eating there so It was not busy at all. My daughter and her friends go there all of the time and always clean up and are respectful. My daughter will no longer be going here seeing as this is not the way to treat customers.

You can't complain about teenagers at a Noodles and Company because that's the target demographic. Of course I can complain about teenagers and I will. Maybe I should be complaining about their parents instead. The teenage workers here were actually pretty good, this place is actually okay if you go at a time that the place isn't infested with teen customers. Stick to either the macaroni and cheese or spaghetti and you'll be okay. Avoid any of the pseudo-Asian dishes, they are awful. They serve one washable reusable tray, but the rest is all disposable with way too much unrecyclable plastic. Portion sizes are small, but really healthy single servings are appropriate. This isn't a real Italian or even an Italian-American restaurant where you should expect overly generous portion sizes. Besides, it's not that good. Eat mediocre food in moderate amounts, save your excessive overeating for those Italian-American restaurants with the plastic red and white checkered table cloths and the Chianti in a basket.

They are great I'm sure for online pick up orders or in person, but as far as delivery, they are always missing an item. Luckily refunding has not been an issue but I won't be ordering delivery anymore from this location. I'd have to stick to pick up from this location.

I hadn't been here in over a year, but the customer service and the food were both good. I tried the chicken parm, soooo good, and I got my husband the Alfredo MontAmore w/ Paemesan Crusted Chicken. I had to top my meal off with those delicious rice crispy treats. This meal and experience was a 10.

I eat at this chain a lot, but this is not my typical location--rating this mostly because the staff here are so friendly. The food itself is pretty typical to chain standards (decent for a casual dine in), and I enjoy most dishes on their menu. I also have to say that out of every location I've ordered takeout from, they are the only ones who consistently remember to put in plastic silverware when I ask for it.

The manager Micaela was so kind and great to me. She really was the embodiment of customer service. You don’t see that now a days. Was very clean and fast! Totally recommend it, great atmosphere. Love the food obviously.

This restaurant is filthy. Food and garbage littering the floor, baseboard peeling off the wall, a horrible job of spackle being plastered on the wall, and the cashier was rude. Upon the leaving the restaurant, the staff were all standing behind the counter yapping. Maybe one of them could’ve gone around and at least swept the floors. Absolutely disgusting.
