Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Terrible customer service, I ordered the Carmel macchiato and it was made terribly when I asked for a refund or for it to get remade they refused and just added more Carmel which made it taste even worse. It should be customer policy to get refund when the drink isn’t made right. Basically took my money from me & im never coming back here again.

Disgusting!! Matcha absolutely horrible! so clumpy so flavorless🤮 I usually love their matcha . When asked to get made a new one the second one was even worse each sip was clumpy not even mixing it helped so disappointed and fyi I am I matcha expert. Just disgusting!

The coffee is delicious!! It tastes homemade and they make it the best to your favor. The food tastes homemade as well, it’s a great bite to grab as you continue to shop ?

Posting because nobody seems to know about this place. It is “hidden” right in the Nordstrom at Mayfair mall. Cool coffee drinks and chef-made bakery and grab-and-go food of surprising quality. You can park in the lot behind the mall and walk right in. ?

Delicious food in hip and quiet space. Service was polite and friendly but a little off in terms of timing and skill (entrees arrived about thirty seconds after soup was served - we had asked for soups to be served prior to entrees. Too many interruptive questions about whether we needed anything/ were enjoying our meals. Sloppy wine pour - several drops on the table with each glass.) I'll go back again because I love the food and the vibe and I believe the service will improve with experience.

Our lunch for 5 at Ruscello was just fine. Each person enjoyed their chosen meal and the service was very good. The reservation process through OpenTable was not so good and the restaurant did not have our table ready, so there was a wait. I initially made a reservation for 4 through OpenTable. When our party became a total of 5, I found the reservation could not be modified on OpenTable to that number so I called the restaurant to up the number, speaking with one of the staff (did not get a name of the person, unfortunately). When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess had no knowledge that we were now a party of 5, and it seemed rather an imposition for them to re-do or get a table ready for 5, like it was my fault when I had, in fact, called in the change. It did not feel welcoming. Not a pleasant start to our luncheon. At least the server and the food were very good.

I eat here frequently and would normally give it a five on food..., I have worked my way through much of the menu. Yesterday it was just a bit “ off” Just a bit.... Chicken meatballs tasted liked they spent too much time in oven. Salad, overdressed and cherry tomatoes a bit past their prime. Serve is always excellent . I'll be back. Everyone has an off day here and there.

A favorite lunch spot for me to meet friends. The food is consistently delicious and service very good as well. Had a recent empanada special....and the regular menu offers fresh salads, and nice “comfort food “type entrees. Good coffee, and like the nice touch of the complimentary chocolate!

Can I give "0" stars? Went to get Seven iced drinks and was met with discrimination by Madelyn and Nikol. Paid and waited, as the first drink finished Nikol didn't believe we paid for it... even after seeing my receipt. Then Nikol blatantly states she "didn't want to make drinks for us anyway" after I requested a refund instead.

I love taking friends to Ruscello and hearing their comments. One friend said it was the best cheeseburger she's ever eaten. And the fries were crispy, skinny and well flavored. My Niçoise salad was well studded with capers, cherry tomatoes, Greek olives and crispy potato fingers and the salmon was perfectly seasoned. I wanted a restaurant where we could actually hear each other when we talked. And while there were a number of tables filled in the restaurant, the noise level was very low so it made for a perfect dining experience. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. So thank you for another delightful dining experience.

Very rude ! I’m allergic to bananas and they told me they’re not going to take it out which is a lie I go to this same place in ILLINOIS THEY DO IT EVERY TIME

Somehow they wanted to charge $14 for kid cocktails - that's a bit extreme ! Otherwise we think the food is well done, from a diverse menu. Portion size is good too (not too big!) and the ambience is posh for this part of town. A small restaurant fit for adults and kids alike even for the lunch hour.

Menu items are not overwhelming with complex, interesting, really satisfying flavors and large portions. VERY short-staffed; place is showing signs of wear that should be fixed for the prices but the food is outstanding.

Actually, we were never served! Nor did we receive a glass of water, a menu or acknowledgement that we were even there! It had been some time since I had been there and my original experience was awesome! My friends and I were there for about 20 minutes, so after no service, we decided to leave. I don't know what relationship Ruscello's actually has with Nordstrom's, but they should disassociate themselves from them! I've always thought of Nordstrom's as a class act, but not after my experience at Ruscello's on Sunday. I will never go there again!
