This place blew my mind. Its hard to even tell it's a restaurant when you first walk in. The food was incredible. The staff was very nice and friendly. The owner was a blast to meet. I gave him a high five for the amazing food. When I walked in I was overtaken by a wonderful smell of pork so I was on a mission to track that down and I did. Definitely recommend. This place was super small and seating was very limited. It's literally like 2 dining room tables outside of a kitchen window. Fantastic atmosphere. We shared a table with some people that came in after us. We had to park about a block away but it was totally worth the shot walk.

The owners are wonderful. Extremely friendly atmosphere. The salmon was the best I ever had. If you love ice tea, you have to try their's. Beautiful clothing at reasonable prices. It is a feel good place to go to.
What a great experience, with amazing food.Friends took me to one of their favorite little Deli-style haunts, with seating for maybe 30?Hawaiian food! Yum. Everything I ordered and sampled was delicious. Moco Loco, Bulgogi, Garlic Shrimp, YUMMY, Ahi Poke. Wow, what an awesome meal.Very chill atmosphere surrounded, like a Hawaiian country store, by interesting everything. Snacks, spices, clothing, nuts and juices! Wonderful.I think, two big shared tables, where we subsequently met a charming young couple for banter and laughter!Wonderful evening with delicious food. What could be better. A gem you need to find. It’s an adventure!

My partner and I stopped in here for an impromptu dinner yesterday, and WOW! It was recommended for us to try one of their specials, the kimchi reuben, and it was easily one of the best reuben sandwiches we've ever had. We will be back for this!

Absolutely phenomenal food, but extremely rude service from one of the owners; The one with the dark colored glasses to be exact. We stopped by to purchase some Loco moco and spam musubi, swiped our card and it declined. They we tried a different card, which showed "card reader error" on the screen. The owner proceeded to say, "I know it's not my fault." Ummmm excuse me Sir. I know exactly what you're implying. Then they tell me I should contact my bank. Better yet, I'll open the app right here for you. Well let's look. What's that? NO ISSUE ON MY END. I literally show my balance and say, "I have money."What a jerk. Since you decided to judge others on what you think they may or may not have, instead of ensuring there wasnt an issue with your system at the moment; No need to come here again.I told them to cancel the order, went to another business in the area, used our card with no issues and enjoyed our meal. There's many other great small local businesses to support. This one will be removed from my list.

We'd never been before so we got the King Kamehameha platter. Loved the Kalbi Ribs, Kalua Pig, Char Shu Chicken, and Portuguese Sausage. The pot stickers with the Chinese mustard sauce were also good. Garlic shrimp and Poke Tuna were alright. And the deserts were ok. The POG was also great. The staff were phenomenal. If we are in the area in the future, definitely will return.
Everything we tried was fantastic. I highly recommend ordering the king dinner if you haven't been before. It was so much fun to try everything. The drinks were great as well. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I recommend making reservations if you plan to dine in as there is not much seating.

Best Hawaiian food in Wisconsin, a true hidden gem. Although it seems like the secret is starting to get out with Ono Kine Grindz, everyone deserves to try this place because it will make you want to go back as soon as you're done. They have a small amount of tables but this is really meant to be a pick up spot. Call in your order of your authentic Hawaiian meal with a wide variety of options accommodating most dietary restrictions, and enjoy. I will definitely be back my next time in Milwaukee.
