P.F. Chang's has gone downhill since I was last there. I think our server was high and not very attentive. We ordered the the special starting at $19.99 and she charged us for everything separate and our bill was over $70. We pointed it out and she did fix it. The crab Rangoon was the worst I've ever had. It was lukewarm in the middle and tasted old and fishy. My sesame chicken was okay, a little too sweet. My daughter ordered the Mongolian tofu and said the tofu was not good. The best thing we had was the new butter cake.

The green bean appetizer was great. As far as the veggies and chicken not so much. All my veggies broccoli etc was hard as a rock. Guess this is the style of how you undercook them??? I only had three tiny pieces of chicken (I'm under exaggerating of course). Was disappointed to say the least.

The staff made our Christmas Eve dinner memorable. Deann our waitress was very attentive and ensured that are dinners met our expectations. The food was delicious given the high number of dine-in guests and takeout orders. A big shout out to the restaurant manager and entire staff - Great job!!!

I was told when I checked in that this location does not use open table and even though I had a confirmation I had no reservation. If restaurant was busy I would not have been able to get in. I was given no explanation why they don't use open table . Was also told that this keeps happening to other people and I should just use PF Chang's web site. Food was good but service was slow.

Their vegetarian options are very limited. The veggie fried rice and noodles are okay. They lack “taste” and need to be enhanced with sauces. Vegetarian spring rolls and the lettuce wraps are okay. Well... can't expect too much from a chain restaurant.

In dire need of management. Ordered carry out, hours ahead. Showed up on time, no food. After 20 minutes of only excuses, I order other food and tell them nevermind cancel it. As I'm walking out, they try to bring the order. No excuse. Zero apology. A very disappointing waste of time, I would not recommend paying ahead.
