I went there with my buddy and loved it. We had the lettuce wrap and hot and sour soup. Both were awesome. Our server was very courteous. Overall a good experience.

I waited over 15 minutes after being seated for a server and nobody showed up when all the tables around us were being consistently seen. I just left. I was told PF Changs was an awesome restaurant and this being my first time, left a bad first impression. Hopefully gets new management 🤷♂️🤷♂️

If I could give this place a 0 I would have… Went there with my boyfriend and despite we had reservations, after we got seated, nobody came to our table at all!! We were there for almost 30 minutes and we saw the waiters and waitress serving all the tables around us but for some reason we were completely ignored. We decided to leave the place and go somewhere else. This was our first time in a PF Chang and we are not going to be back!
When I arrived I was 4 minutes after my pick up time and the food was not ready so they pointed to where I could pay for it. I waited about another 5-6 minutes outside and when I came back in the food was sitting behind the bar. I went over to where they told me to pay for the food and made eye contact with an employee who was over by two other employees one was making a drink and the other appeared to be waiting on a drink, the (ww) employee whom I made eye contact with three times never came over for me to pay for my food. Instead I had to wait for another employee (wm) to come from the back and ring me up. Out of this whole experience he was the most pleasant and welcoming. The food was very underwhelming and bland. The rice lacked the proper seasoning and flavor and soy sauce made it worse. The chicken inside the rice lacked flavor and tasted as if it was boiled in water. The orange chicken tasted like frozen chicken nuggets with poor quality orange sauce. I don’t quite understand how they made orange slices taste nasty but they really excelled in doing what I believed would be impossible. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted especially since I paid $38 for 2 trays of very small portions of food. I do not recommend.
