The cashier and staff were nice and made sure to get my order correct. She repeated everything back to me. She seemed to be new and had some questions about things but was sincere. The food came out quick and was of decent quality. The cookies didnt taste very good. Had an unfortunate experience when I ordered cookies as well. The manager will only sell day old cookies first before offering dine in customers fresh cookies from the oven. She said she needs to sell the old ones first and the hot ones will fall apart in your hand. I understand how this could be true. As a dine in customer if cookies have been sitting out for 20 minutes and cooled sufficiently though, I think it would be reasonable to offer fresher cookies. Also it is a frequent practice for bakeries to throw out day old bakery items. So I dont understand why the opposite is the standard at this Panera bread.

Did a drive through order. When I got home, I did not receive all the items I ordered. It was expensive enough to be missing items. Never had an issue with other locations.

Panera is best! Im on dialysis and am so thankful that Panera is here with no added phosphates. Delicious food, and I never feel sluggish afterwards. Wonderful, friendly service. Clean atmosphere. I love Panera.

The manager was extremely rude to her staff and extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. You can tell the staff does not like her at all. The staff is all very lovely and the service was excellent because manager Amanda.
Hit or miss. I’ve waited 15-20 minutes for one bagel in the drive thru. Staff seems slow. Also prices keep increasing. A bagel used to be $1.79 and is now $2.11 (without cream cheese.) A small bowl of Mac is like $9…..

Ordered a southwest chicken salad to go. Got a sad blend of mostly yellow lettuce. Very little chicken and the avocado was completely missing. Would expect better for a $13 salad. The coffee and bread were good.
