Ordered a southwest chicken salad to go. Got a sad blend of mostly yellow lettuce. Very little chicken and the avocado was completely missing. Would expect better for a $13 salad. The coffee and bread were good.

Really seems like they're having a hard time figuring it out at this location. Inconsistent, smaller portions, and horrible wait/promise times. I knoq the lunch rush is crazy but this is bad.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after the third time Panera Bread has messed up my order, I’ve had enough. I keep giving this place chances, hoping it was just a one-time mistake, but clearly accuracy and attention to detail are not a priority.
Each time, I’ve either received the wrong item entirely, had missing ingredients, or gotten something I didn’t even order. Whether it's the wrong sandwich, missing soup, or a completely botched customization, it’s always something—and it's incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re paying premium prices for what should be a simple, healthy meal.
To make it worse, there’s little accountability. No real apology, no offer to make it right, just a “we’ll let the team know.” That’s not good enough when this keeps happening.
I really wanted to like Panera, but at this point, I’m done. If you care about getting what you actually paid for, look elsewhere.

Ordered lunch for a work meeting and the doordasher stated the order was delivered, but it never was. I called the store and spoke with the manager Barb who apologized for the mishap, remade the order, and had it sent out for delivery by a team member Rob so it would get here on time for the meeting. Excellent customer service!

Be prepared to wait for a long time. Make sure you have lots of free time available. They get backed up on orders.

Overall a bad experience for lunch from poor quality soup (that they knew wasn't good because she made a new batch after we said something) to slow wait times because they accidentally deleted the order. Would not come back to this location.

I always get the ham, egg and cheese (cheddar because with Swiss so I substitute) and the passion papaya green iced tea are both amazing. As well as their salads. I recommend!
