Ordered a Cheesy Calzone Pizza and cinnamon pull apart. Went to pick it up - they were out of the cinnamon pull apart, settled for brownie. Came back and said they were out of brownie settled for cookie. Paid $32 - got the pizza home only to find out the crust was not stuffed at all. Called to correct the situation, sat on hold for 40 minutes then got cut off. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

They forgot my cheese sauce for my order and when i called i was given attitude from employee and driver. Plus driver obviously can't read. When i put please bring to back door and instead left on front

It's an average pizza joint-if your in a hurry or one just wants to try something different. You have to eat it right away, or it just tastes like a soggy frozen pizza! It's inexpensive compared to many other places, but what do you expect? You get what you pay for!

So I ordered for delivery at about 11pm because take out wasn't available at that time. Well it showed that it was delivered in the papa Johns app but not doordash. Well then it was canceled by doordash and then like 5 mins later some dasher picked it up again and then canceled it again. I now have to wait 4-8 days in order to fulfill the refund. So I'm very angry about this situation. Not only did I have to go hungry but now i can't get other food due to me not having the money for it

I ordered from here because my husband suggested it, never again. I ordered my food using the papa John website. I did not get all the food I ordered . The coupon I used did not apply at the end. Spent 30 bucks on a pizza that was advertised at 13.99. And the pizza was just ok. Back to Pizza Hut.
You wouldn’t think this is a good place given the location and appearance of the building, but they always greet you and are friendly. Pizzas are done on time and usually taste great. Writing this review because I know how hard it can be to keep the same workers and also hire high-quality staff for these types of businesses.In contrast the Pizza Hut on Glenview is a great example of an absolute disaster of a business. Orders are ALWAYS wrong, always late and the staff is horrendous. They also like to swipe your CC number and make illegal charges with it. Had to have 2 CC replaced because of this.So great job to this Papa John’s location for being able to keep the same staff for a fairly long time and just being nice to customers.

Called in to check on my order because it had been 10 min past the time it was supposed to arrive the guy told me it was still being prepared. I asked him to cancel the order and he hung up in my fave this is the second bad experience I've had at this location.
