This pizza hut express doesn't even show up on pizzahut.com so how are you supposed to view their limited menu and submit and order online?

It took almost 1.5 hrs to get our pizza. Although the app said the pizzas were ready in 45 mins. The pizzas were horrible. Toppings were not all fresh and were spread across both pizzas unevenly. Second pizza was not cooked at all. Both pizzas were just plain bread with little to no sauce. We ordered with crust flavor but did not see that done in pizzas. Horrible service and horrible quality of food. Should have gone to Subway which was across the street. How come they are still in business? Pizza Hut's curb side pick up is a joke!!!

I live about 10 minutes away from this location and they wont deliver to me. I had to call one of their managers who typed in my address into google maps and said there was no reason for them not deliver to my address. on that occasion they sent a pizza out to my house no problem. She said that when I call back my address should be added to their system. It wasn't. When I called back they said they dont deliver to my location. I told the employee about my previous attempt and the manager approving dellivery to my location. He had me hold for the General Manager who refused to deliver to me. Not Cool. I will never eat a Pizza Hut again and I'm buying Domino's stock.

No masks on employees - even though their corporate policy states they are all wearing them. My order was wrong and what they did give me was so cold the cheese had not even melted. Hard pass.

This Pizza Hut has always delivered (pun intended). You know what you're getting into with a chain restaurant but they have great coupons and quick delivery. The pan pizza was great but I might get it without onions next time (got a little charred). There was a good amount of pepperoni on the stuffed crust which really made us happy. Recommend if you're in the mood for Pizza Hut! Good location :)

Don't go here. Horrible service. They lie also. Go to a different pizza place for good customer service. They should be out of business. They don't deliver during hours for delivery. There always our of boxes. They tell you cooperate doesn't do they deal anymore. Go elsewhere

I placed an order online for delivery and they called me to let me know they are not delivering anymore tonight. This originally is no problem but the person who called me to let me know they weren't delivering decided to swear at me and be very passive aggressive. I know this isn't a five star restaurant but the staff should still be respectful.
Ordering from this Pizza Hut is pretty hot or miss. My last order the pizza was over cooked and barely warm when it was delivered to me and they messed up my order. When I called the store to see why it was taking almost 1.5 hours, they didn't seem to care or offer any help. So I didn't even bother to call them and tell them they messed up more order, I didn't want to wait another hour for the correct order.

I ordered Pizza Hut for the first time tonight. I've got to hand it to you for the commercials drawing me in. I must say I've never been more disappointed in my life! Ordered 16 of the Jack Daniels Devils Cut Wings, huge wing guy. Never tasted something so disgusting in my life! Literally so terrible I couldn't even force myself to have 2 bites and had to take the garbage out because it was so disgusting smelling. I go to BW3 weekly, eat hot hot wings, all flavors. Biggest waste of money and regret. Pizza was delicious. So there's that. Don't try the wings...garbage

We recently moved to a new house 14 blocks away and our whole world has changed. Grocery store - now Metcelfes vs Sendiks. Dive bar - now McBobs vs Walters. One of the most surprising changes is our Pizza Hut, if you can believe that. The store that delivered to our old joint was a janky shithole that never, ever, ever got an order there on time. We were routinely quoted 1.5 hour delivery times and they were STILL late. This store? The people that answer the phone aren't rude or creepy. Delivery times are reasonable - 45 minutes at 6pm? I can deal with that. 30 minutes during a Packer game? That's pretty good, honestly. Furthermore, they deliver on time and the drivers are pleasant. The product is the product - it's shitty mass produced pizza. I know what I'm getting when I order - but this store gets it to me in a reasonable time with a minimum of hassle and thus, I salute them.
