Easily the worst chili Chee fries I have ever had. This was a serious lapse of judgement on my part. I really should have known better than to order chili cheese fries from the Mall's food court. I am going to check myself into the psychiatric hospital tonight.

8/7/25 My daughter loves potatoes & so was excited when she saw a Potato Master in the food court of Mayfair Mall (we don't have a P.M. in Ohio). She got the fries with cheese and bacon. She was not even close to being impressed with the product. Even with cheese on the fry, they lacked taste! And the bacon looked more like BACON BITS & NOT ACTUAL/REAL BACON!!! She paid a little over $7 for that & it was a waste of money.

The menu is outdated. So you cant order hardly anything. I went with the hot dog and fries because that's all they have. The Asian guy wirh glasses is slower than molasses on a winter day. Waited 15 minutes for this mess of a hot dog. He asked if I wanted ketchup. I said yes.... he loaded my hot dog down with ketchup. So as you can see from my photo I'm trying to remove some ketchup by using my fries... and I paid 15 dollars for this mess. Unprofessional, disorganized, no value for my money. Needless to say it's my 1st and last time and I will be sure to warn others about the food and service. Total dissapointment.

Bruh I paid $7 and got fake bacon and the fries weren’t that great next time I’ll eat at my own mall in Green Bay where they have good cheese fries made with good food and real bacon
Stopped by for a quick snack after an afternoon of shopping. We ordered a hot dog and the loaded French Fries. You can’t really screw up a hot dog, but we thought the French Fries were quite tasty. I eat here again.

Potato Master has truly changed my life. The man that runs this shop is man who works hard and has drive for his business. The fries are delectable and to die for. If I could I would eat here every day. We come from out of state just for the potato master himself. He lives up to the title. Everyone giving this man a bad review is an idiot.

Should change your name to we have potatoes. I ordered the sour cream and giant fries with chicken strip combo did not come with a soda had to pay extra for that. Was not great. I would never eat here again.

Not great, it is the most basic chicken and fries you can get. Clearly nothing unique about the food. Taste like something you can get frozen at Sam’s Club (kinda like a worse culvers chicken tender). My wife went to the Chik N Dip at the food court, and it was significantly better (with a larger portion size) for the same price.
