Very good poke - vegan vegetarian options available.
My new go to poke place. You can taste how fresh the fish is and the quality of it. Portion is perfect for small and medium. They have lots of varieties or you can make your own bowl. They also have lots of different drinks you can try. I got to try the Tuna Volcano, it’s not that spicy but perfect for those who can’t handle too much spice. The peach iced tea tastes really good too.

This location is NOT wheelchair accessible. There is a very large step to get in. This is a problem that could be solved with a ramp. It is Federal illegal to bar disabled people from entering your restaurant. This restaurant violates both the Americans with Disabilities act AND non discrimination laws.

I’ve been looking for a good poke place in the area, but had been striking out—until I went to R&R Poke. I was cautious and only ordered a small, and boy do I regret that. I was nearly licking my bowl. The rice is perfect (many of the chains in the area screw this up), and the eel sauce I had was so rich and flavorful. Plenty of toppings, quick and friendly service, and excellent prices. Their boba tea is also good and much cheaper than a lot of the places that have popped up recently. Will definitely be frequenting this gem in downtown Tosa.
