Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta

This is my favorite location. The food is consistently better than the other locations and I makes me keep coming back. Bonus points for this location having just the correct amount of slices of pizza available that they are not throwing many out but the ones that they are giving to customers are very hot right out of the oven.

Very poor service
They made doordash wait an hour to finally deliver the product. Customers were even waiting a long time.
Dirty dining, poor customer service, poor employee conduct......
Hands down, poor everything. They'd rather sit on their phones in the dining area.

Rico and his team are exceptional. Pizza? never disappoints, customer service is one of the best in the whole country. Toppings are top tier and some of the best in the world, especially the Italian sausage. Keep up the great work young man. You have a bright future ahead. Management, pay this young man to keep him happy!!! ????

Won't be going back here again. The pizza was actually good, but the attitude from the server was unbelievably poor. No greeting, no smile, no manners, just "Here." Felt really unwelcome.

Was greeted by a welcoming cashier. He was a bigger gentleman who also chatted with the person in front of me a bit about the upcoming football games. It was really nice to see, as much of the food service industry now lacks this friendly service. He also wasn’t holding up the line by any means, as it was a quick conversation while he was taking the order. Very happy with my experience. I actually drive well out of my way to go to this Rocky’s as I’ve very rarely had issues with them undercooking the pizza. While other locations seem to do it religiously. Ordered a super slice and regular slice.
Overall, great experience.

Pizza was under cooked. I ordered no onion no mushrooms and it's was on the pizza. Don't eat there

This place is beyond a joke, and honestly deserves a negative rating.

Took my family here for dinner after going to the zoo, and the girl at the register was rude and had attitude right from the start. Didn't greet us and seemed annoyed we were even there ordering.

I told her, and the manager, who was standing right behind her that we were eating in the restaurant. When our pizza came out, they brought it in a to-go box. No plates or anything. We asked and got some plates, but apparently they didn't have a pizza spatula for us to use. They said they expected us to use our hands on this burning hot, greasy pizza that just came out of the oven. Nothing but attitude through all of this.

We ended up storming out, because it's ridiculous that basic things to eat food weren't provided in a restaurant, but there's no way we're going to be disrespected by people being paid to be there.

It goes without saying we'll NEVER even consider going to this location again, but this was so bad we probably won't even bother going to another Rocky Rococo.

Not bad service and breadsticks weren’t bad. Wouldn’t give them a glowing review though. The girl that was bagging orders was on her phone when I first walked in, and then proceeded to start bagging orders. No hand wash in between. Phones aren’t food safe & usually are extremely dirty! ????

We ordered ahead and my spouse entered to pick up pizzas. Teenager on their phone decided to double down on a lie and said the pizzas “just came out” when they were ready on the shelf and the customer was waiting. Wish we could have the manager review the tape of the incident so workers are held accountable…so much for hot pizza due to this person’s incompetence.

I ordered pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni and bacon. You look at the picture and tell me if i got what i paid for?? Pizza was good. Hence the 3 stars. But attention to detail and what was paid for could use some help! It was a medium za for fs. Wheres my toppings? ANY OF THEM!. Rocky.... dont get cocky! Do better!!!
