We were promptly seated and given menus. 20 minutes later no waters, no service , no servers. The person who seated us walked past us not making eye contact and never acknowledged us nor took any interest that we had not been taken care of . So we got up and left. They could have cared less.

Been here a few times and was very disappointed with my most recent visit. The table was dirty, the water glasses we were served were also dirty and we had to grab our own silverware. And no one cared to check in on our dining experience.

chicken parm was good. I recommend asking for extra cheese.

Delicious food in hip and quiet space. Service was polite and friendly but a little off in terms of timing and skill (entrees arrived about thirty seconds after soup was served - we had asked for soups to be served prior to entrees. Too many interruptive questions about whether we needed anything/ were enjoying our meals. Sloppy wine pour - several drops on the table with each glass.) I'll go back again because I love the food and the vibe and I believe the service will improve with experience.

Our lunch for 5 at Ruscello was just fine. Each person enjoyed their chosen meal and the service was very good. The reservation process through OpenTable was not so good and the restaurant did not have our table ready, so there was a wait. I initially made a reservation for 4 through OpenTable. When our party became a total of 5, I found the reservation could not be modified on OpenTable to that number so I called the restaurant to up the number, speaking with one of the staff (did not get a name of the person, unfortunately). When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess had no knowledge that we were now a party of 5, and it seemed rather an imposition for them to re-do or get a table ready for 5, like it was my fault when I had, in fact, called in the change. It did not feel welcoming. Not a pleasant start to our luncheon. At least the server and the food were very good.

I eat here frequently and would normally give it a five on food..., I have worked my way through much of the menu. Yesterday it was just a bit “ off” Just a bit.... Chicken meatballs tasted liked they spent too much time in oven. Salad, overdressed and cherry tomatoes a bit past their prime. Serve is always excellent . I'll be back. Everyone has an off day here and there.

A favorite lunch spot for me to meet friends. The food is consistently delicious and service very good as well. Had a recent empanada special....and the regular menu offers fresh salads, and nice “comfort food “type entrees. Good coffee, and like the nice touch of the complimentary chocolate!

I've always felt comfortable with the people here, they are so much. Actually the best technical bartenders I've ever seen. They make a lot of things by hand that most people would buy in a bottle. It's fun to watch them! The outside seating that I took pictures of, is opening around memorial Day! The mall will be open on memorial Day but probably closing early. If you come in on Wine Wednesdays you get half off of a bottle of wine with the purchase of a menu item!So come out and have some very good food expertly prepared by in house chef josh. Cookbook available for sale by the executive corporate chef Danny Bowien! Buy a copy of his book for sale here!!!So come in and see Lisa and Meaux for an awesomely prepared cocktail!

Been here three times over the past few months and I won't ever go back. This place used to be so friendly but now there is an unfriendly, unwelcoming atmosphere and even if the restaurant is completely empty, at a quiet time of day, the window seats are always 'reserved', or for the use of staff and I am seated at the back, in the dark. I am always friendly and courteous and I tip well, but I've had enough. Once is unfortunate, but three times demonstrates a potential pattern. Something is not quite right here.

Ruscello at Nordstrom is a great place for a relaxing drink. The atmosphere is luxurious and the bar provides a great opportunity to unwind. The prices are reasonable and the glass of Prosecco or wine provides a perfect addition to the overall experience.

Horrible just horrible. We came to eat at 5:15 pm (45 minutes before it closed) it was only 2 ladies at the bar. It was only one server who never say hi, never said anything to us. We had to find a table for ourselfs, we been waiting for server to come to us for 20 minutes to take an order. While served was cleaning the bar table, had to close the restaurant, but was out of time to come and help us. After our order was taken server went back to bar and didn’t even look at our side. Another 15 minutes later we saw that Kitchen took our order out. Server never even bother himself to look at it. I had to get up and ask server if ur a self service restaurant. Very rude. This is a great restaurant and people like server today just killing this business. Manager not available at the restaurant. Very very disappointed with visit today.

They close before posted closing hours. Tried to get seated for dinner at 530p, was told nah, Get lost. Imagine trying to have dinner at 530p, what a fool I am.

I love taking friends to Ruscello and hearing their comments. One friend said it was the best cheeseburger she's ever eaten. And the fries were crispy, skinny and well flavored. My Niçoise salad was well studded with capers, cherry tomatoes, Greek olives and crispy potato fingers and the salmon was perfectly seasoned. I wanted a restaurant where we could actually hear each other when we talked. And while there were a number of tables filled in the restaurant, the noise level was very low so it made for a perfect dining experience. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. So thank you for another delightful dining experience.

The bar staff, Joelle and Kim, are fantastic - very pleasant conversationalists. Joella makes a great homemade Bloody Mary mix. The food is simple and enjoyable.

Somehow they wanted to charge $14 for kid cocktails - that's a bit extreme ! Otherwise we think the food is well done, from a diverse menu. Portion size is good too (not too big!) and the ambience is posh for this part of town. A small restaurant fit for adults and kids alike even for the lunch hour.
