Serious Sanji| Dumpling & Dim Sum & Bubble Tea

Ordered Dan Dan with extra beef for delivery. It arrived with no sauce or seasoning and had almost no beef at all. Really wanted to like this place. But looks like they don’t care.

Found human nails in my dumpling dish — yes, actual nails. I tried to tell the waitress, but she didn’t understand English and just walked away like nothing happened. Completely unacceptable. The food is dirty, the service is awful, and there’s zero concern for customers’ health or safety. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We’ve stopped here for dinner a few times. Our first trip was our favorite and since then it’s just been average. The beef noodle soup had zero flavor in the broth, as in no flavor, no salt, nothing. The sanji’s aren’t on our list of things to get again. I do enjoy the soup dumplings. We were surprised that the dumplings were deep fried rather than pan fried and wont be getting them again. They do have a robot that brings food to the table but I’ve only seen it in use one time which is a bummer because we thought it was neat. The drinks are super yummy. They seem fairly busy too, alway several tables when we are there at all hours. It could be a bit cleaner, it always feels slightly on the edge of dirty and messy with tables pushed all over and the staff looking a bit disheveled or overworked.

If you haven’t been here yet and you love dumplings, you are missing out. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The waitstaff has always been on top of it and kind. Always get the scallion pancakes. You’ll thank me later. This has truly become one of my favorite restaurants.
