One star is to good, rude and they ignore you when you want to order then laugh about it. I walked in severe pain with my cane very far bc my dad was in surgery to get a cup of coffee and just so disappointed, what a bad experience won't be back obviously

Dietary restrictions: The chicken and potatoes was old the Mac was alright. I was very disappointed in the food. I am looking for a refund or freshly cook lunch.
The cheese on my grilled cheese was not melted. I brought it to the cook's attention and he said he couldn't do anything about it. Horrible customer service. He should have remade one and made sure the cheese was melted.

I have only been here a few times but it is a good place to go at Froedert. Good variety of food and you can get your food quickly.
