One star is to good, rude and they ignore you when you want to order then laugh about it. I walked in severe pain with my cane very far bc my dad was in surgery to get a cup of coffee and just so disappointed, what a bad experience won't be back obviously

The food was unsatisfactory.Wheelchair accessibility: WalkerDietary restrictions: The chicken and potatoes was old the Mac was alright. I was very disappointed in the food. I am looking for a refund or freshly cook lunch.

The cheese on my grilled cheese was not melted. I brought it to the cook's attention and he said he couldn't do anything about it. Horrible customer service. He should have remade one and made sure the cheese was melted.

I have only been here a few times but it is a good place to go at Froedert. Good variety of food and you can get your food quickly.

Really good food whether it's a snack, sandwiches, or a meal. Very impressed that it came from a cafe inside of a hospital. And the prices are also very reasonable.

For a hospital cafe, I thought everything was o.k.........nothing special perhaps, but nothing poor either. Portions were good and I found the prices very reasonable. First time orderers seemed to have a little confusion over the process, but counter attendants were friendly and willing to assist. Probably deserves a slightly higher rating all things considered, but I still find that a bit misleading.......how about a 3.6!

I schlep my Mom to Froedtert more than bi-weekly as she mends; more often than not we eat at the SkyWalk Deli (rather than the larger basement cafeteria). The Hot Entrees are almost always very good, the salad bar looks good, the custom-made sandwiches (even hot - burgers, etc.) are good. The fresh popped popcorn is alluring, as is the ice cream as a treat after an otherwise trying day at healthcare. We observe lots of Froedtert/MCW staff repeatedly eating there - - they can vote with their feet elsewhere, but come back (i.e. indicator of acceptable quality). Friendly and quick food service and cashier staff. WheelChair Accessible, including higher tables with legs meant to roll a wheelchair under.

Terrible service at register. We got our food from a very nice person, then waited at the counter to pay where both she and the other woman totally ignored us because they kept making coffee drinks for others behind us. Our food got cold as we had to move to a different cashier to pay. There's no excuse for ignoring someone who clearly wants to pay and they are next in line!
