As an owner of a business this Starbucks needs HELP. I’m taking a trip and came in to get coffee and road snacks and they are not working as a team and keep messing up my order one Employee says I need to repay the other one says that they need to just remake it and they’re arguing with each other. Absolutely insane. Whoever is the district leader for the Starbucks needs to get in here.
Avoid this location. I watched as everyone got their order before me. Then after I asked when mine drink would be ready I was told it was being made. 10mins later I was told they were almost done. Mind you all I got was a ice coffee. Ridiculous! No need for the stank faces. 👎

I went to this location Thursday October 16th around 10:40am I use the drive through to get an iced matcha with almond milk and cinnamon powered and also a sandwich and pumpkin muffin. The woman who took my order was helpful and the cashier that rung me up were all nice . However the woman did mention that she was training. I received my drink, tasted it and it had no milk or sugar in it. I go inside and ask if they can remake my drink . It was remade but still not up to my liking. The muffin smelled like a sandwich which was not appetizing. At this point I’m disappointed and I want a refund I should have left it at the sandwich. I call the store and someone named Gina who is supposed to be a supervisor answers. I tell her that I thought I think I left my card at the store. She goes to explain that they don’t take the cards anymore and that the customers tap their own cards and I say oh that’s fine and I actually did find my card, but I tell her I have another concern and she’s acting like she can’t understand or hear what I’m saying and starts being sarcastic about the fact that I have another concern and I tell her I would like a refund because I’m dissatisfied with my order. She and the staff in the background are laughing and just being unprofessional for whatever reason and she suggest that next time I come in, I’ll get a free muffin and a drink and at that point, I’m just not in the mood to go back-and-forth so I just hang up and proceed to call corporate. I’ve never visited this location and will never again.

I go here every weekend at 7:30 for school. This morning was the most unpleasant experience I ever had at a Starbucks. I ordered ahead, arrived 20 minutes later it wasn’t ready. When I asked them about my order and explained I could be late to school they were extremely careless and very nonchalant. I paid $10 for one drink and did not even get a tag on my drink. When I asked for one, the employee said no. I don’t even know what I’m drinking. I am extremely disappointed.

I just left this location to pick up a DoorDash order. When I came into the store I was not greeted. The employee at the register walked away from me. I then went to the “mobile pick up” side while the two employees engaged in conversation and did not acknowledge me. I was met with who I assume was the manager with a “next time ask”. I understand that but also wasn’t even acknowledged when in the store. Let’s work on bettering our customer service moving forward.

I always get an iced matcha and the one I ordered from this Starbucks between 1:30 and 1:50 ish this afternoon was NASTY way too much matcha and was SOUR it was literally like I was drinking straight matcha powder.

When a client places an order for a drink, can the staff ask for the size ? They chose the size of the drink as default and make the client pay for it.
Also if a client didn’t understand the question asked by the staff, can they nicely repeat the question instead of saying that they asked a question and are waiting for the client answer. This is not the kind of service that is expected considering the price of the products that the company offers. Can do better.

No bathrooms
Ordered a venti cappuccino.. was able to dump an entire grande drink into my cup, the cappuccino had nearly no coffee in it. Waste of money
This morning when I came to get my coffee, the drive through line was much longer than normal and the lobby was packed. The baristas informed people that another store was closed so they were getting all of their orders. Despite that, the baristas were friendly, communicative, and HUSTLING to get orders out. 10/10 - way to handle a store pushed towards its max!
Not a good place to relax. No seating area while you wait. No restrooms. I wouldn't recommend coming here.
