Really bad time. Spent almost 15 min waiting for my one drink and two ice waters all while about 15-20 cars went through the drive thru, it's clear they prioritize cars over paying inside customers

I’ve gone to this location 2x in the past month. Each time I’ve had to wait over 15-20 minutes in the drive through for my single drink. Don’t waste your time. They are slow and don’t appear to care about customer service.

Don’t like that I have to pay to use the bathroom. No one should have to spend money to do something that we need to do. I’ll gladly support a local coffee shop that doesn’t force to make a purchase just to release my bodily fluids.

Today, a lovely Barista wrote “Have a great day” with a heart! Before arriving I was almost hit by a non driver so I was shaken up and this little note meant the world! Thank you very much to the lovely person that wrote it. 🫶🏼

I stopped today to get my birthday drink and I’m honestly really disappointed in the service and quality of coffee that was given to me. The lady who took my order/ gave me my coffee was not nice, and my coffee wasn’t at all what I ordered. I got watered down coffee with a dollop of whipped cream on top. It was gross and got dumped the second I got home. 🙃
