Super slow service... Been coming here for the last few days since my dad is staying at the hospital n the drive thru is extremely slow. Got to the window n the two people are just talking while my drink is sitting there. I thought maybe it was a fluke the first one or two times. But this seems to be happening multiple times. They seriously need to get a faster cashier and person who takes the orders. Or find two that don't like to talk to each other. I'm again sitting in line right now. 5 cars in front of me and it's already been 14 minutes n I just got to place an order. Now I wonder how much longer it will take before I get to the window to pay

Sub-par service store. Ordered an iced black tea at 10:08 am, did not receive and waited until asking at 10:25, asked again at 10:30, and finally got it. Was not in a here glass as asked. This is not the first time they have dropped orders for me.

Went inside because drive through was so long. There was a bunch of flies. Wish I would have stayed in drive because it somehow went faster and I wouldnt have know they had flies crawling on the coffee suplies. Or seen them touching on their faces. So much for my birthday coffee, I don't even want it.

Please see ALL complaints below! They seem to be consistent to what I received. Also complaining to the area manager won’t do anything. She turns off your rewards offers if she gets your email or account number. So be careful here. Or just go somewhere else. Sorry but we all can’t be lying….

Really bad time. Spent almost 15 min waiting for my one drink and two ice waters all while about 15-20 cars went through the drive thru, it's clear they prioritize cars over paying inside customers

I’ve gone to this location 2x in the past month. Each time I’ve had to wait over 15-20 minutes in the drive through for my single drink. Don’t waste your time. They are slow and don’t appear to care about customer service.
