Iāve gone to this location 2x in the past month. Each time Iāve had to wait over 15-20 minutes in the drive through for my single drink. Donāt waste your time. They are slow and donāt appear to care about customer service.

Donāt like that I have to pay to use the bathroom. No one should have to spend money to do something that we need to do. Iāll gladly support a local coffee shop that doesnāt force to make a purchase just to release my bodily fluids.

I stopped today to get my birthday drink and Iām honestly really disappointed in the service and quality of coffee that was given to me. The lady who took my order/ gave me my coffee was not nice, and my coffee wasnāt at all what I ordered. I got watered down coffee with a dollop of whipped cream on top. It was gross and got dumped the second I got home. š

From the friendly smiles to the genuine care in your service, itās clear how much effort you put into brightening peopleās days. It was SO COLD and they still braved hanging out the window to talk and ask how my day was going with a big smile and kind words. Itās the little things that go such a long way, and today was no exception. Thank you for being a ray of sunshine in my dayāIāll definitely be coming back!
