Got over charged for the same drink I buy every single day cause they wanna ring it in incorrectly to get more money for their selves then when I confronted em about it one of the workers wanted to get slick and talk back. If you can't control your mouth when you're wrong you shouldn't be working here. Never have issues with my regular starbucks locations. Hire better people, super unprofessional, do not recommend.

The ice coffee taste like it has raspberries or some kind of tea in it. I called and the guy said that’s how it’s made now smh everytime i tried giving them a chance it’s disgusting every time.

Dirty carts blocked aisles. Only go here for a couple items otherwise Seniks Metcalfs or Pick and save on highway 100
The conveyor belts are disgusting, to the point that I don’t think we can continue to shop there. To add to that, today the checkout clerk greeted me by mumbling they were out of paper bags despite having two right next to her. So I grabbed some from the lane next to her, which was closed and had ample bags. She turned to reprimand me and said “you’re not supposed to do that”. I said, “do what?” “You’re not supposed to grab bags from another lane”. So I put them back because my husband looked down only to find that her lane actually had plenty of paper bags. My husband paid as I continued to bag. She just stared forward, refusing to acknowledge anyone, doing nothing to help bag, and made the woman with two little kids behind us wait. She couldn’t ring anything up because we were still bagging. Is this new, that Metro Market doesn’t help bag anymore, yet only have one short conveyor belt at checkout so customers are rushed to get out of the way for the person behind them?
It took 30 minutes for two drinks and they didn’t know sizes to anything. They gave me the wrong drink two times and cannot get an order right.
Store # 54197– Rachelle the only worker there today, told me at 11:14 a cst she need to take her break so could not take my order. To come back at 11:30a cst. When I got back she “ play” clean the counters for another 10 minutes before she started to take orders ( some customers behind me start to leave at this point) . Due to cold sensitivity I Asked her to make my drink with no ice. She told me she was not allow to serve that drink with out ice per Supervisor Chelsie orders…. The attitude from this girl was unbelievable. All ?.. don’t bother spending your time or money here !!
No other Starbucks can make these as perfect! Love love coming here!!
Overpriced coffee! Don't plan on breakfast sandwiches after 11am, they are undsrstocked and often sell out. This has happened several times at multiple locatiobs
Been there twice, they have no idea how to make a basic salted caramel cold brew. None. Someone else was returning the very same drink while I was waiting for mine. I won't be back.
Came at 6am to grab some coffee and not even open

Was shopping there after a long day at work , when I went to check out. I turned into a lane with a light on , where the cashier malena turned to me with a smirk and said I’m closed I said your light was on. She turned to the bagger and asked if she turned the light on. She said no and then the cashier shrugged and said if I dunno and turned her light off and locked her register and walked away!!! I’m shocked and appalled. I work in customer service my self and this is absolutely unacceptable, I know I’m just a one person. But I won’t be returning there!!!
