Stone Creek Coffee - Harwood Ave

okay i’ve gone to a couple different locations and i love love love their coffee and what they stand for as a business. this spot had a lot of nice seating and was super chill.

this time i decided to get a matcha latte with almond milk. at first glance the matcha isn’t super fresh and green, and it’s also not super mixed in - there were chunks of matcha in there. for the quality and price of $7 i would not say it’s worth it. overall i would say the matcha was just okay, but would go back for coffee anytime!

Very cozy coffee shop! The baristas are helpful and service was quick. Lots of variety and dietary accommodations for those with dairy intolerance. I got the Papaya Nectar Colombia brew first. Then I got my more preferred Dirty Oatmilk Chai with Rosemary Honey, which had a hearty weight and full flavor to it!

This location has gentle background music and a great place to get some casual work done!

The baristas are always so helpful. They have some insanely delicious seasonal syrups right now, and the barista Molly helped me decide which one to pick and let me try them, recommending drinks to try each syrup with. As an indecisive person, it was so lovely to have such a patient and helpful soul behind the counter. The barista who made my drinks was also joyful and kind but I didn't catch his name! Always a treat to stop by this shop.

im not sure why no one else in Tosa carries pour over filters for v60s but im grateful they do and im always pleased w the drink i grab when i get my filters too

Very cozy and well-run SCC location.

Parking: Limited amount of spots in the parking lot that wraps around the building to the north and east off of Watertown Plank. The lot is also shared with the other businesses in this building so parking can fill up quickly.

Wonderful desserts. The pistachio scone is my favorite. If you see a line, don't get timid. The baristas are very fast and great at what they do!
