Terrible service. Went through drive through and nobody took my order or greeted me. Somebody finally said after 10 minutes that they weren't taking orders because they needed a manager to use the cash register. Waste of time

Order is consistently wrong. Ordered on the app 20 mins prior- arrived and they said it will still be 15-30 mins. Why? Because there are 2 cars in front of us. I have NEVER been at a fast food restaurant that took this long. It is 2am on a weekday. Not even a weekend!

Why advertise hot flaming burrito sell it for 6 dollars and all it is is the frito burrito u been selling for 3 dollars less....I buy it not only is it skimpy but I couldn't get a refund and it was an issue because I wanted something different and what do you know no manager on staff its small but 7 dollars down the drain for your false ads

If you are going to be open but only doing door dash orders or cash only or card only please make it known before someone pulls into the drive thru by putting a sign on the fence. Waiting for a while in a drive thru line just to be told you can’t place an order is frustrating, and then on top of that you can be trapped in the drive unable to leave. Please figure out a better system.

Night crew 10/14 was great, I had 2 issues quickly resolved and even though one of the issues was no fault of their own, they still went out of their way to resolve it in a nice way

The greeter and girl who checked us out was super nice, however, this was my cheese quesadilla when I sat down to eat it. Almost NO cheese at all and burnt on the outside. A taco was also forgotten in the #6 combo. Very disappointing, all I wanted was a quesadilla

Tried going right before 1am cause it says they're open until 2am everywhere and when I got to the speaker he said he closing up SMH
When they’re actually talking orders, it’s fine. But despite pulling through a couple times I haven’t actually gotten any food from here in awhile. Pull through any time after like 7:30 and there’s always some excuse for why they can’t take your order

This is the WORST Taco Bell I’ve EVER been too. They say they’re open till 6 am but wouldn’t serve us food at 12:30 am. AFTER we waited for 15 minutes for them to be ready to serve us food. We pulled up after we waited the 15 AND said wait 10-20 MORE minutes AGAIN. They gave us EXPIRED coupons. EXPIRED. Lazy workers and terrible service. Made fun of us over the microphone on drive thru - do NOT go here. Worst Taco Bell ever.

Hi, this is Ashley Barnes. I recently went into this Taco Bell and it was the best experience I think I’ve ever had in my entire life. The employees were honestly so nice. I could not have asked for a better experience and then when I finally got my food after a very, very short weight it was very efficient and fast. They gave me three cinnamon balls instead of the usual too. I felt like I was a very honored customer, and I also felt like they really appreciated that I came in one of the workers actually smiled at me and said you’re welcome when I said thank you for the food 10 out of 10
