My friends and I ordered door dash at this location at 11:00 pm on a Saturday, (which according to this stores website that they are open till 5:00am) we had a pretty hefty order, $92 worth. Our order was completely able to go through to the store and our dasher. About an hour later we get a call from our dasher so upset and apologizing because taco bell for some reason was not gonna make the order and was shutting down for the night. Of course we try to call the store- no answer. So we then inconveniently drive to the store and wait in the drive through that was not moving. I saw kids working in the dark inside so I knocked on the door. The 2 kids working ignored me at first but then continued to point and laugh at me? So we walk to the drive through window where another gentleman is frustrated about not getting his order as well. Once again we were ignored by the staff and they would not give our money back or cancel the order for the poor dasher who was not able to continue dashing with a pending order. Both us and the dasher canceled many times so it was at this point Taco Bell’s problem. We let the many people in line know that we think they are apperently closing 6 hours early? And then one of the staff members literally YELLED over the drive through speaker “YEAH WE ARE” and as we pulled off to go to a MUCH BETTER taco bell, the 2 kids working were screaming out the window curse words at us?!? We had to directly go through door dash to get our $100 these dumb kids were trying to steal from us!! I will never ever go here again, I honestly can’t even believe this place is still running with employees as rude and horrible as that! We went to the Taco Bell down the road to get the food which they happily served us! and asked questions if this was normal and what we should do to get our money back. The man was very helpful and nice and infact did inform us that that was not right and TERRIBLY unprofessional! And now they won’t answer any calls 3 days later for some reason which I also find frustrating and not right!!

Night time workers are a joke. They are completely unprofessional every single time I've tried to go there. They try to close early and turn people away, chat with their friends using fowl language, cancel door dash orders it goes on and on. I have videos also of management would like.....

Ordered delivery from here and the entire order was wrong. I didn’t receive most of my food, didn’t get my drinks, and somehow ended up with stuff i didn’t even order. I got 2 soft tacos with just meat and sour cream and they still put everything on it and didn’t even put the sour cream on it, i got 2 dorito tacos and they gave me 2 regular hard shell tacos instead. With the 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos i wanted, i got one but didn’t get the second one i ordered and for some reason there was taco meat and sour cream on it even though i didnt add either of those to the burrito?? i mean come on how hard can it be to read a receipt and actually make the order right. plus i somehow ended up with a nacho fry, regular nachos, a nacho bellgrande and 3 random burritos that i never even added to my order to begin with. How can you mess up an order this bad

How many bad reviews does it take for corporate to step in and do something about this place. I will never go to this Taco Bell again. First, it's the only TB in the area that has the chili cheese burrito and they never make it right. There's always something sketchy going on, computer down, only take card, (seriously who doesn't take cash unless your taking card information which is why you don't get a receipt.) These workers are just plane lazy and the management there must on give a crap. The Taco Bell near by on National is way better but they don't carry the Chili Cheese Burrito.

Bad service. Though they were kind, they told us to wait because they were cleaning? They didn’t close for hours so why I have no clue. We shouldn’t have to wait? Another time they said their register wasn’t working. Very strange. Food was fine. The night staff is a huge problem but I’m sure they don’t care. Honestly if you’re in the mood for fast food go elsewhere, or maybe Qdoba for Mexican because this was insane.

Food is average, usually something tastes off and they never include the sauce. Regularly wait at the window to be helped for 5-8 minutes. Pretty unacceptable service majority of the time. They also don’t let you use the drive thru, I placed a mobile order, but when I was greeted at the speaker I was told they are not accepting orders at the drive thru and I would have to go inside. Completely asinine.

I waited in the drive through line only for then to tell the that they weren’t taking anymore orders unless it was through uber eats or DoorDash. They person in the drive through window who informed was also extremely rude as well. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The drive-thru employee was extremely rude and unprofessional—talking on their personal phone while handing us our food. Our order was missing the receipt, sauces, and even basic napkins. When we asked for a receipt, we were told the machine was “broken.”

We asked to speak with the manager, and instead of addressing our concerns, the manager approached us aggressively, asking “What do you need? Why don’t you just leave?” We calmly explained we just wanted a receipt and the correct items from our order. Shockingly, the manager then threatened to call the police on us—for simply asking for what we paid for.

To make matters worse, none of the employees were wearing uniforms or name tags. When we asked for their names, they flat-out refused to provide them. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff are rude, arrogant, and clearly don’t care about customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I would not even you one star to this place.

Really, really slow service. They're severely understaffed. Staff member eating at the counter while I placed my order at the kiosk.

Went back after a few years. The food tasted awful, kinda soapy like, and and made me sick, again. Will never go back.

Portions were way smaller than usual. The nacho chips tasted terrible. At the order screen, the first thing that was started was, "is this Door Dash or mobile order ". No hi, welcome to Taco Bell.

Absolute garbage I was a long time customer and now I'm just done! I've had multiple orders where they have not informed me that they made (substitutions) or just didn't include food I purchased spent over $38 on an online order go to pick it up there's no receipt on the bag go home missing five menu items that I had purchased that is over $20 right there so we go back to the store my fiance and I go back in asks to get a refund or fix the order we were informed by the (manager) that they are unable to do so and that he did not have time for us or to fixing the order. there were only two cars in the Drive-Thru no one in the dining room this all unfolded in the span of under 15 minutes I understand that people make mistakes and there are shortages.Butt! that is what you do when you work in a customer-based environment you have to at least try to make things right and I get it's not a fun job but at the same time it's what you chose they were not busy they had plenty of opportunities to make it right but they did not. We left the entire order there
