Visited this location on 12/3/22 with my son. Both the cashier and manager greeted us. The cashier walked our food over to us. The manager cooked our food and it was so delicious. It was worth paying the extra money for having the food prepared yokasabi style. The manager informed me of the extra cost and suggested anoher way of cooking my food so i wouldnt have to pay extra. I liked this because most people now a days will not go our of there was to help you. The managers name was Jamal or Jamar I couldn't hear him very well when I asked him his name. I Will definitely be visiting this location in the future.

I would only eat here if I had a severe case of Hyponatremia. The “fried rice” was mush and way over cooked. The rice and steak was so salty that I thought they used water from the Dead Sea to cook it. I literally could only have a few bites. I have no idea how something could be that salty, it was inedible, and did not have good flavor. I would definitely not recommend going here, and I would not come back. Go to qdoba next door it’s cheaper and won’t give you a cardiac arrest

So this is the second location we've gotten food from that just has horrible service and just overcooked crap food, we tried calling to complain about our food and all we got was a recording saying the mailbox was full. I understand it's hard finding good help but how can anyone make money with the garbage being sent out, obviously the management of this turd box sucks as bad as it's employees, and people wonder why some of us are against a raise in minimum wages.

Just following the advice of Doordash support. I am a delivery driver and want it known by whoever is in charge of this restaurant that they violate health code by telling delivery drivers to finish the restaurant employees responsibilities and rudely tell us to prepare the drinks for the customers while they stand there doing nothing. We are to pick up completed orders and not share in the restaurant's responsibilities of preparing any part of the order at all. Especially when the employees know this and just treat delivery drivers poorly to get out of part of their job duties. And you're supposed to have clean hands while preparing food/drink so you make people that are in and out of public establishments and a vehicle make drinks while also denying access to public restrooms or handwashing stations. Start doing your own job.

Food is out of this world. By that, I mean it must be being served in outer space'. the place is completely locked up. The service is consistent with zero gravity. The beautifully stacked up chairs and stools, suggest at one point there were live bodies there. Web site remained airtight as in not showing the joint was closing down ( for that matter, was it even opened. Pretty sure not going back.

Not clean or sanitized at all the cashier even asked for a tip upfront how is that when you haven't serviced me yet this is not how tips should be given with no order made yet and best they can do is request tips??? Food was not great for me to be tip anyone...get it together this place food is nasty rice not cooked all the way through not ever coming back!!!

We stopped in 8/28 at roughly 1:45pm we received good customer service but later after leaving found multiple little hairs in our food. I know it’s not our’s as we do not have this hair type.. super disgusted and grossed out… I would just inspect your food mainly the chicken is where we found every hair.. obviously didn’t eat the rest of our food and threw it out..

This Teriyaki Madness is always fun to come to. I get greeted every time I walk into the store. Everyone has a great attitude and respects the customers. Overall this location is very awesome and friendly.

Was so excited to try this place! The edamame and chicken teriyaki were good. the Spicy Tofu Bowl was terrible. Both my husband and I got it. Just no flavor at all - barely any sauce. And it came with vegetables, there were some pieces of cabbage, literally one piece of zucchini and nothing eLee. So disappointing, especially since where are so many tofu options.
