We hosted a celebration of life gathering at the Tosa Explorium and had a great experience. It was a great atmosphere and the staff was very accommodating.

I was pleased with the service and atmosphere! but disappointed by the food and drink. :(
Had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was not very flavorful and when my fiance offered to switch for his burger, I found it dry.
Would recommend for a drink and appetizer!

First time here with a party of 9 and the service was disappointing. The hostess was rude to several people in our group. Our server was nice but we waited a long time for simple refills while she took other orders and delivered food to other tables. Food was okay, but the service really ruined the experience.

I came in the other day and had a great time. It was near closing, but they were happy serve me. The appearance is very on brand and fun. Had a great conversation with everyone. Turns out the owner is related to the owner of another cool brewery I used to go to in North Carolina.

Wow! What a great new addition to the Explorium's locations! Lots of space indoor and outdoor, and a great atmosphere! Good Bourbon selection also!

This was our first time at the explorium after changing over from good city. It was 5:30 on a Saturday night and the place was pretty empty. The hostess had many open tables but had clear a dirty table to push two tables together for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. We sat for about 10 mins before the server came and then waited another 15 for our 2 drinks. Food was ok, but nothing new or interesting. The soup was the best out of all the meals. Our server was impossible to find and we had to wait for our bill and boxes and then had to close out at the bar cuz o ur server never came back to close out. Needless to say, we won’t be back with kids and if we do come back, we’ll sit at the bar.
I have NEVER seen this location busy. Even when it was good city, there was still always so many open tables. I just feel like this giant beautiful place is doomed no matter what business is in there.
