The stuffed mushrooms are absolutely delicious and my kids love the fried pickles with dill sauce.

It's been a great brewery for almost a decade! Their Juice Packets are their flag ship, but they offer so much more!

Grear selection of Craft Beers. Some food items but more for snacking than a meal. We were there on a Wednesday which was a Trivia Night.

They have a great new food menu. We enjoy the pizza and spicy pickle fries. Wonderful comfortable vibe.

Great beer selection and wonderful staff! Only complaint was the food. Service was on paper plates which I haven't seen before at the many breweries I've been too. I had the garlic potato pizza and some of the potatoes were quite hard and under cooked. Over all, amazing concept of a vynil and tap beer lounge. I wish they would really lean into the theme with decor and ambiance. Could be an awesome space.

Was looking for something new to check out with a friend who was in town for the day. The Fermentorium seemed interesting as it's described on their website as a vinyl lounge and tap room. We arrived shortly after opening. The bartender greeted us and I inquired about the vinyl lounge. The bartender directed us to the back of the establishment, a long rectangle shaped room with a row of booths on one side and the bar on the other. My friend and I perused the vinyl as the bartender said to bring up whatever we wanted him to play. It was impossible for me to flip through anything but the records in the front since the bins were far too deep to reach the back. I know I'm short, but the record bins were hard to access. The selection of vinyl was older consisting of mostly mid chart 80s pop artists and some well established 70s era rock bands. As there was currently music playing my friend asked about it, since it was unknown and sounded good. The bartender said it was a Spotify playlist. I found this a disappointing truth as it wasn't in line with the establishment's brand. I brought 2 albums to the bar and then returned to our booth to review the menu. The bartender put our record on the turn table then abruptly turned off the Spotify music mid-song. Cringe! No slow fade?? It was late afternoon and my friend and I decided to order a couple of apps though the menu also offers pizza. We were not sure if there was table service so I went to the bar to order and also got us 2 of the mocktails listed on the menu (strawberry and blackberry). I understood it was a taproom but have less interest in beer these days. Was bummed to learn the $5 mocktail came from a can after the bartender popped the tab and asked if we wanted glasses. And was disappointed again to hear they didn't have the blackberry mocktail that was listed on the menu. I found the drink to be awful, tasting like medicine. I wish I had ordered something different, beyond a couple of tastes I could not drink it. My friend ended up with mine. After a short wait our food arrived. We had ordered roasted brussel sprouts and an order of tater tots. The brussel sprouts came in cardboard with a single fork, and the tater tots with no fork at all. They must not have realized we were sharing, and we had to request plates and forks. The food was fine, typical bar fare. The music from the album playing was low so it was hard to hear, definitely lower than the Spotify we heard previously. Not sure if that was intentional or a just a mediocre sound system. Maybe the bartender disliked the selection (the Police's album Synchronicity)? The overall experience at The Fermentorium was lackluster and completely missing a vibe. A lot of little things were overlooked, like the taproom menu on the wall does not even show the % of alcohol in most of the beer on the menu, just shows the name. A plant on corner of the bar was originally intended as a hanging plant it still had the wire hanger attached which looked sloppy. I had high hopes for this place. The concept, if done right, could be really cool. However the owners here are missing attention to details, and details really make the difference and contribute to a better experience.

Really fun place to go hang out and play some trivia with friends. The Fermentorium is a quaint spot with great food and beer that has really upgraded its seating and trivia sound system in the last few years.Whenever we can, my friends and I head over there for the fun crowd at Wednesday night trivia, order a pizza and maybe a pretzel, grab some beers, and enjoy the night.Highly recommend checking this bar out

Great space, great beer, great food. Need I say more? Playing vinyl records was pretty sweet too. Just wish they had these pizzas and food selection up at the cedarburg location!

Overall this place is great!! Very clean, staff is friendly and they have multiple ways to look at the menu (on the wall, paper copy, and QR code). The food is also great quality and comes out rather quickly. I tried the Korean BBQ Chicken pizza. Overall it was fresh, very flavorful, and perfectly cheesy. I'd definitely come back!!

Great beer, and also good food! Pretzels, tater tots, pizza, all the goodies! Highly recommended for a large variety of beer and indoor atmosphere that is family friendly.

Great time at the Fermentorium! We had a large group of about a dozen people and we were able to sit close to each other at two big tables. We got there around 4 p.m. on a Thursday and we were able to speak to each other without shouting over loud music. As the evening wore on and a game of musical bingo began, the noise level increased and we did end up having a hard time hearing each other, but the game was fun to play (cost $1 to participate). The selection of beers was terrific and a few of us ordered flights. One person ordered a margherita pizza and he liked it very much. There were board games available to play and you could even bring your own vinyl albums to play too. However, the sound quality is poor. Very muffled; can't hear the music clearly at all. Bad speakers? Bad needle on the record player? Don't know, but we would still go back again for the friendly, efficient service, fun atmosphere, great beer selection, and ok food (as a vegan, I ordered two servings of tater tots 'cuz I was hungry. They were just enough to fill me up and good tasting and they appeared to be the one and only vegan thing on the menu. The other vegan in our group brought in food from the outside and the employees didn't say anything). So all in all, I'd give it an even better review if they had more vegan items on the menu, but four stars is pretty dang good!
