This review is actually for the Grand Hall at Hoyt Park. We had a retirement party there and were so pleased with the room. Nick was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely rent the hall again for other events in the future!
We rented the Grand Hall recently (about 60 guests) and had an amazing experience. The planning process was very easy, with great communication that answered all of our questions. Nick was our onsite contact and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He helped us set up, explained where everything was, and checked in to make sure everything was good multiple times throughout the night. Incredibly kind and welcoming guy - some of the best customer service we've experienced in a while. Many guests complimented the venue, and enjoyed being able to spend time at the Landing outside. Would definitely book here again, and would highly recommend anyone else to book as well! Again, huge kudos to Nick for such a wonderful experience!

Stopped for a couple of beers at this great neighborhood spot. Great place to take a break when walking through the parkway or county grounds.

My family and I are neighbors of The Landing. Five nights a week from May through October the Landing has loud live music which has impacted my parents and grandmothers’ right to a quiet enjoyment of their homes. We have tried to work with the Landing and with the City to come up with a reasonable solution to this issue, limiting the music between Memorial Day and Labor Day, and weekends only for example, but our pleas have fallen on deaf ears. Every other establishment in Tosa follows the town’s noise ordinances - save for the Landing. It’s sad that an institution beloved by many in the community cannot respect its neighbors. In the meantime we’ll be forced to listen to off-key renditions of Eric Clapton five nights a week, six months of the year.

Beer, a big pretzel, live music, and a gorgeous park setting. Can't get much better than that. The Cranky pizzas they sell now are great too!
