Always stop when we're down in the area & been eating their subs for over 50 years😎
Requested light oil. Sandwich was drenched in oil and inedible!
Love, just like in the 70's
I come in 2-3 times a week for lunch, same sandwich every time. King Louie/crab salad is amazing! Thick cheese, tons of mayo & oil, not too strong diced onion. I love a messy sandwich, and this place nails it every single time.
Can't beat the price!!
My mom has been raving about the Myles Standish sub since the day I was born in 1988 and eating it again was only in her dreams...or so she thought. She made me so jealous by telling me it was the best sub she ever had and I drooled.in anger believing I'd never get the chance to try it. Then came the day that we discovered there are still 2 stores and tonight IT HAPPENED. Mama says it's the exact same as it was 50 years ago. They even made the place to look 1970s style and played oldies. it was her nostalgic trip down memory lane. She literally shouted "I am 22 again!" And when I tried it, my eyes popped open wide. It really is the best sub I've ever had after waiting 37 years to try it! My brother came along and the 3 of us agreed unanimously... INCREDIBLY GOOD is NOT false advertising! Along with that, the girl at the Tosa store was so above and beyond. She was 100% perfect customer service, giving us history, helping us with the menu, chatting etc. I had to get a 2nd sub to take along and she put the oil on the side to avoid sogginess and I didn't even have to ask. Old fashioned menu, style AND service!! please open more locations!!!!!!
A unique sub sandwich due to the secret sauce and spices. A bit sloppy and high sodium. I enjoy this as an alternative to one of the national chains. The atmosphere in the shop is a bit weird. There’s every other sandwich shop, and then there’s Suburpia. A truly unique experience.

The roast beef on my sandwiches as thin as a razor blade -what a joke calling at a cattle baron. it was more like a anorexic cattle.
The bread tasted like two days old
The sandwich had more oil than in my ca complete rip off in my opinion

Pros: cheap sandwiches for the current market, fast service, decent bread
Cons: it's cheap because they skimp on the meat and more costly ingredients, place is a little old for wear

As far as I can tell, this place is never open. Website SAYS they are open. Doors are locked.
Had my first Suburpia sub in 30 years today with my girlfriend Linda. Just as great as they used to be. Will be back for sure.
