This place has gone down hill. Used to be a decent quick wing place, but today sucked. Online order was 20 min behind stated time. Someone messed up your sauces, or they double mixed in the same bowl. And one sauce? With a charge... for 25 wings and a thing of fries? C'mon now... 1 star because I didn't get the loose poops. Won't go back.

My wife and I had our first and last experience at wingstop. We ordered and the place wasn't too busy but was fairly busy. They did not tell us that it was going to take OVER AN HOUR to get our order! The food was only ok. The fries were cold. The manager only gave us our food when we started complaining. They kept serving door dash ahead of us. Wrong way to do business!! We won't be back!!

Sitting here in the parking lot after trying to go in and get something to eat. Workers are standing in there and the door is locked and they're not answering the phone. Says it's supposed to be open. Apparently they're not in any kind of hurry

Every time I order online I'm stuck waiting 30 minutes after the time I'm told to be at the store. Was told they were waiting on fries. Waited a half hour just for an order of fries while my wings sat and got cold.

I went in around 7pm. A lot of people waiting on their online orders. I waited 40 extra mins. I didnt have a problem with it seeing how the cooks in the back were working very hard to fill orders. These guys work hard.

Disappointing. Ordered for delivery and only received part of my order. Called Wingstop and they told me I have to call DoorDash to receive my refund when it probably was that they didn't package all the food. Never ordering from there again. No integrity.

I got someone else's order, tried to call the store and no one answered. I literally waited for a half hour... Also the sauces seemed watered down except for the super hot one that I didn't order! I won't go back!!

NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!! Over 30 minutes over our pickup time is unacceptable. I get that we are all adjusting during this time but when the manager... 'manager' (that's laughable) is just sitting at the register and not helping their employees figure out how to make up lost time and speed up orders is crazy!!!!! Plus there was more than 5 people in the store at a time which is disgusting if they aren't follow those rules what else aren't they following at this location... it's fine, we're done with this wing stop... BYE!!

Only rating at 1 star because I cannot use 0 stars. Have been to this location on many occasions, even though the order has been screwed up. Have worked with the manager to get things to be right. But this time, it went too far. Told my the person checking me out that Mild sauce is the F*****G Medium Sauce. I have never had someone speak to me that way, even when I know for a fact there is a difference in the sauces and that even though it isn't on the board, it is available. I am making sure that everyone knows the people that work there are rude and do not care about what they are doing. I will not go there again. I am also contacting the corporate office to have something done as the manager doesn't seem to care. Emails have been sent to both, I'm sure as per usual with something to this extent, I won't hear back.

Wingstop's wings are good enough to return for but the service is terrible. I always enjoy walking up to the counter to place an order and feel like I'm bothering the employee with my order. Tonight's cashier was immersed in his phone, looking at pictures and videos on Snapchat, while punching in my order.

We placed our order online for a 30 pack of wings with Lemon Pepper, Original Hot, and Cajun sauces/seasoning. This came with a large order of fries with extra seasoning, side of veggie sticks, and 3 ranch dressings. We were really blown away at how delicious the wings and fries were. Wings had a crisp skin with juicy meat while the fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. We definitely recommend this spot to others in the area. The only reason it wasn't 5/5stars was that the order confirmation online told us it would be ready in 16-21 minutes, and we ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes in the restaurant. But, the quality of the food definitely overshadowed the extra wait time.
