I walked in to order a pizza . The lil w girl told me I had to order online cause they was short staffed. It’s was crazy so I had to go to Pizza Hut. People out side asked me what happened I told them . They all said that was crazy . Online or in person lol 😂 didn’t make sense.

I Do Not Know What's Going On With This Toppers Location. It's Disappointing. I Placed and Ordered, and the Guy Walked to the Back! Weeks ago, as I was walking, a Guy Held the Door Open For Me. He expressed to me to be prepared to get upset. So I Immediately Walked right out and told the Fella Thank you. And this location is close to my house.

Ever since new management took over (late 2024 / early 2025), this location has gone down the drain. The actual efficient employees were driven out and now you’re considered lucky if the store can get your order in the oven by the order ready time. If you order from this location, add about 15-20 minutes to your order ready time

They completely doused my pizza in hot honey. Like completely. There was a straight up layer of it on my pizza when all I ordered was a light drizzle and it was borderline inedible. I had to wipe layers off of my pizza and it's still completely drenched, it was genuinely disgusting. The picture provided is AFTER I wiped several layers off of the pizza. That's not grease. That's all hot honey. I'm just genuinely confused on how they managed to completely submerge my pizza in hot honey, it was genuinely on every corner of every slice in thick layers.

Ordered my pizzas and sticks through delivery. They came hot and fresh within the time frame. I am so satisfied with this location than the other ones. Punctual and delicious food, yum!
Came in late night and they were clearly overwhelmed but didn’t show it to the customers. It was all in the faces tho! Josh gave some of the best customer service which was very much neeeed after the day I had. He shared with me his frustration from the day as I did the same, and he proceeded to give me a pick me up as well as some great food. Thanks Josh for making my night. I hope you do great in life knowing you did a small deed for a stranger

Me and my boyfriend ordered a pizza and birthday stix tonight around 11pm. Our order's estimated arrival time was 11:41-11:51. We were super hungry so when the food wasn't here at 12am we called to see whats going on. The guy we talked to was super nice and without any hesitation gave us $10 off our order. Then he explained it was only him and the driver in the store and they got hit really hard with orders (he said they received about 15 orders around the same time.) Working in food service ourselves, we completely understood the situation. The pizza arrived about 10 mins later and the food was warm and delicious. The driver also dropped off a pint of free ice cream and a brownie for the wait. We were very surprised with the service.
