I ordered a pizza for lunch and Sean the manager of the Wauwatosa Toppers on state street in Wisconsin gave me the wrong crust and when I called, he argued with me about it and told me that he gave me a dough that was not proofed enough. Sean, the manager, said it was my fault and if I would’ve just ordered cheese, the pizza crust would have become thicker. Then while I was trying to explain the pizza crust, he did nothing but interrupt me and wouldn’t let me finish what I was saying at all. I usually never have a problem with toppers or put up reviews like this, but Sean, the manager of toppers on State Street in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin was beyond a bad manager. RUDE RUDE RUDE. And that’s not even mentioning the pizza was cold and he forgot all my dipping sauces.

ordered through the app for delivery. I was called right after I ordered just for them to tell me that they don’t have a delivery driver. I missed the call so i called that number back directly and instead of being directed straight to the store it put me in contact with customer service. The man was incredibly rude. When he finally directed me to the store that’s when they told me. I’m grateful that they at least told me within a timely manner, but if they can’t deliver then delivery should not have been an option on the app at that time.

Service was great. The food was horrible. I got a medium pepperoni and pineapple pizza and bacon cheesestix. For some reason my stix were covered in diced mushrooms and onions with a tiny hint of bacon and tasted just terrible. The pizza was really dry and I would say tasted like cardboard but I don't want to insult cardboard. This is not the toppers I remember from 5 to 10 years ago.
