They were very friendly and kind especially Ms. Judy! Congratulations on her coming 14th year working here! Oh, and the food was fantastic too, all fresh!!

It’s around 11:37 AM normally when I go to a fast food restaurant, the food is cold. I’m never giving any napkins or condiments but this location the customer service is amazing. The food is piping hot and I definitely found me a location that I will be driving from the inner City Of Milwaukee to come to The staff here at this time of day you guys rock Keep up the amazing work and no matter what nobody says. You guys are doing a great job we all make mistakes, and you won’t be able to make everybody happybut you guys are doing fantastic.

9/17/25 @ 8:37pm. The goofy at the window forgot to put the straw in the bag. Plus the sandwich was cold, if I wanted a pre-made sandwich I would of went to Kwik Trip. If I was the owner I would find a new manager and supervisors. This team will cost you thousands. I will never eat there again. 🗑 food and worker. Wendy's really went down hill like McDonald's. Fire them all!

We showed up 20 minutes before closing just to get frostys and they literally ignored us and refused us service. I will be contacting corporate and letting them know what’s going on there, you can’t juts refuse to help people

I usually dont review fast food places. But whoever is working the food window lately is the BOMB!!! Whenever I order on the mobile app the other locations always give me sweet tea...Wendy's you need to fix your app come on now. But this location is now my main go to location because the lady at the window asked me what kind of tea I wanted (sweet or unsweet) and then she even remembered today!! Heck yeah!! I usually get the $5 meal on the app. I used to always go to the one on hwy 100 and greenfield but not anymore. I'll drive the extra few minutes to go to the location that has better service, better salted fries that taste fresher too. Whoever the lady is at the wi dow deserves a raise for sure!! Shes fetting you more customers Wendy's!!

Went to Wendy’s for food and frosty Drive through worker Delicia was very polite very fast service what made my day was those delicious strawberry poptart frosty looked and tasted very good I thank my local Wendy’s for having her..
Picked up a Cobb salad, my favorite go to at Wendys. It's usually a good salad and a good value. When I got home and opened the bag I found that the size of the salad had decreased by at least 1/3 but I paid the same amount as 2 weeks ago. Looked like it contained 1 piece of bacon that was broken into 4 sections, had 6 cubes of chicken, 1 slice of tomato that was minced up, 1 tablespoon of hard boiled egg and the quantity of lettuce was about half of what it was before. Disappointed to say the least. Sadly, it's my last trip to Wendys.

We had an awesome experience here this afternoon. Food was hot and fresh. The baked potato was soft and fluffy and just honestly delicious. The employees were awesome too. The lobby was quiet except for the music playing over the intercom (it was a little loud but we didn’t complain).
