I usually dont review fast food places. But whoever is working the food window lately is the BOMB!!! Whenever I order on the mobile app the other locations always give me sweet tea...Wendy's you need to fix your app come on now. But this location is now my main go to location because the lady at the window asked me what kind of tea I wanted (sweet or unsweet) and then she even remembered today!! Heck yeah!! I usually get the $5 meal on the app. I used to always go to the one on hwy 100 and greenfield but not anymore. I'll drive the extra few minutes to go to the location that has better service, better salted fries that taste fresher too. Whoever the lady is at the wi dow deserves a raise for sure!! Shes fetting you more customers Wendy's!!

Picked up a Cobb salad, my favorite go to at Wendys. It's usually a good salad and a good value. When I got home and opened the bag I found that the size of the salad had decreased by at least 1/3 but I paid the same amount as 2 weeks ago. Looked like it contained 1 piece of bacon that was broken into 4 sections, had 6 cubes of chicken, 1 slice of tomato that was minced up, 1 tablespoon of hard boiled egg and the quantity of lettuce was about half of what it was before. Disappointed to say the least. Sadly, it's my last trip to Wendys.

We had an awesome experience here this afternoon. Food was hot and fresh. The baked potato was soft and fluffy and just honestly delicious. The employees were awesome too. The lobby was quiet except for the music playing over the intercom (it was a little loud but we didn’t complain).

Food I purchased going through the drive thru was not only cold, but over cooked. Had to go back through the drive thru and either get a refund or have them do the order correctly. Wendy's locations have changed for the worst after the death of Junior Bridgeman a couple of months ago. The standards have been lowered.
Ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and got two chicken sandwiches. This location is absolutely terrible. Avoid it, go to one of the many other places in the area

Pedestrians not welcome! It's been years since I've stepped inside this Wendy's. I work in the neighborhood and don't have a car. Literally every time I walk over here (after checking online to make sure you're open) I find a locked door. What's really rich is how many of your employees I see riding the bus home. What's it like working somewhere you know you're definitely not welcome as a customer? I walked over at 10am this fine Saturday morning and there's one huge truck in the first parking spot, a man staring out from the entry and nobody else around. By the time I get to the locked door the man has disappeared into the back. So I go to Aldi for some muffins (you're literally shoving customers into their door and out of yours by the way) and as I'm walking back from Aldi I see another discouraged pedestrian walking away hungry and a disgruntled door dasher raging about why she should have to go wait in the drive thru line instead of going inside. If you cant have more than one working in this store at 10am on a Saturday without hurting profitability your model sucks and you should just close. Take that tacky ass plastic sign you've zip tied to a tree (literally the trashiest form or advertisement) and instead of "breakfast at 6:30 daily" make it say something honest like "Pedestrians not welcome here. Drive thru or eff off!"
