If you order on the app or online, you better check your bag. They always forget to put your whole order in the bag. I checked when I got home, trusting that they did there job. Nope! i ordered a 10 piece boneless and a 8 piece boneless. i live a half hour away and i get home. open the bag and my entire 10 piece order is missing. i call them and they say come back they will remake it. i come back and the manager. THE MANAGER. starts throwing a fit saying i’m lying and she doesn’t know what i did with them. when i literally drove home. opened the bag and saw my order missing. never had an issue before but today might’ve been it. if the manager is gonna throw a fit like this. she should not be manager. if i had all my food i wouldn’t have drove all the way back down here to get my order right. if she wants to be a manager she needs to act like one.

Fast food and customer service is NEVER an easy job, but god bless those that deliver when people could really use it. Wingstop can be a hit or miss and I haven't had wings here in almost 5 months due to my vacation, I was spent from my morning shift and was craving wingstop so badly since last night that I was on the app looking at the menu at 1 AM before I slept. So I come here to pick up for lunch, both the workers were minding their business, I got my food, and back to the car I ate. Oh was it scrumptious... piping hot and drowned in seasoning thank you!!! Really made my day, a good meal always picks me up. I have never been to this location but was near due to work today, and I just wanted to share that I had a really good meal. Thank you and may life bring you guys joy and success. Peace. Also love how big the parking lot is so I can eat without being bothered ?

Everybody who works here between 9-12pm on Monday nights is a hero. Every time I visit is around this time, and every time I go in, the employees are enjoying themselves, being friendly, and best of all- they take my order quick, and get it to me quick. Wings are great every time. Sometimes I don't even want to leave. 10/10, this is my favorite wing place.
Worst service ever. Managers are unprofessional. Staff are eating while making food. Just disgusted. The general management allows them to eat and laugh when customers are complaining on the phone. Horrible place.I called to complain and they hung up on me. Won't go again. I called corporate as well to report the whole staff.

I needed to use the restroom at this location and the women’s had an “out of order” sign on the door. Being miles from home, and being that both bathrooms were single stall/1 person bathrooms, I used the vacant men’s restroom instead.What I saw in there was vile. Years of filth everywhere- the walls, the stall, the sink. One roll of TP just thrown in there. NO soap to wash hands. No paper towel. Not even a bottle of hand sanitizer and it was FILTHY. I decided to go to the women’s bathroom to at least wash my hands and it was cleanish with- low and behold- both soap and paper towel.Wondering if any male staff at this establishment actually washes their hands. If they did, this would have been addressed. It has been at least a year since bleach touched any part of that room.If this is what the public mens room looks like,what do the non public areas look like? Does this place not have a manager? Eat there at your own risk.

Boneless wings were good, but I ordered 4 different flavors, all were put in same container with just wrapping to separate, which it all ran together on the ride home. Fries were flavorless. Employee that took order was hard to understand, so I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. And he didn't say thank you or your welcome. And the place could use a little clean up too.

We ordered $40 worth of wings, waited over an hour and a half for delivery, called wingstop, they said the food had been done waiting to be picked up for delivery. We went to pick the food up ourselves, by the time we got there and got our food ot was cold and the bag was soaked through with grease. We asked the cashier who asked their manager for some form of reimbursement after picking up our order we paid for delivery for and nothing.We eat at wingstop often and love it but this location is not it.
