The last few times I’ve ordered from this location through Uber Eats, it’s been great no complaints. Everything still comes hot, my drink still has ice in it, I have all my ranches, and my food is fried hard. I appreciate you guys.

They made my food wrong and when I went in there to get it, I forgot my phone and they insisted I needed to take a survey before they would remake my food right. I said I’d take it when I got home. Then I heard the manager call me ugly in Spanish. Horrible service, will never go back

Came to pick up an order and was ignored by staff. They had two cashiers one just sitting at the register on her phone while another was helping a customer with samples. I had to wait for the other customers to finish sampling all the sauses and complete their purchase before I could even pick up my food that I had already payed for mind you. Not great customer service.

My and my cousins got together here for some good eats the night before my cousins's wedding. We got there and ordered 75 wings on the spot. The wings were fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. We all enjoyed ourselves. Staff was friendly, and most importantly Chef Ray took very good care of us. We sat in and they accommodated us very well. Chef Ray is the best. Ask for Chef Ray!
Happy to report that I just had a pretty good experience after placing an order through Doordash. I had called up to the restaurant just so I could assure I received all my sauces and 2 brownies that were paid for. The lady who answered the phone was professional and so kind. My entire order was correct and all items accounted for. I had no idea that a new Wingstop location was in the North Ave area. Cool.

I’ve brought my daughter here twice in the past two weeks. Both times there was no one else in the restaurant and it took over 30 minutes for our order. We also, had to ask them to help us. They didn’t come to the register.
