First time in. Marie H. has excellent customer service and was very helpful. She walked me thru everything, answering my questions and giving me recommendations, when I asked. Nice, comfortable, clean atmosphere. Not a long wait time at all. Food was packaged and plated beautifully. I'll definitely be back. 😀

You can't use your coupons you must use them online I feel that that's kind of crazy especially if it doesn't advertise that so what you should still supposed to be able to use the coupon at any place

We have been wanting to try this place for awhile now but it just never worked out with our schedule. We finally made it happen on yesterday, Sunday, June 8th. I had the breaded buffalo chicken sandwich with pickles and creamy coleslaw. My wife had the boneless wings and my son had the mac and cheese chicken bowl. We shared some fries and tots. The young women at the counter admitted she was new so she struggled a bit with our order but her co-worker came out of the kitchen a few times to help her. They both were great. We took a seat and in no time they both brought our food out to us at our table - I was not expecting that since it seemed like a basic fast food set-up. We loved the extra touches they did with our plates. The entrée was separated with deli paper and each plate (which was really a silver platter) had few napkins and a plastic fork/knife. The sandwich looked very hearty as well as the side of fries. My wife's boneless wings were smothered in buffalo sauce and was joined by a hefty side of tots. My son's portion of the mac and cheese and chicken was a decent size too. All 3 of use were very happy with our choices - everything was hot and tasted as good as it looked. All 3 of us admitted we would be back - the food was great but it was the service and presentation that made Wing Zone stand out. Nice job ladies!

Walked in at 11:15 and no one at counter. In the restaurant for 5 minutes no one showed up. That is crazy. I hollered out “hello” still no one showed. So 1 star for service- was none. I wanted take out.

Laquita’s customer service is top notch and her chicken was juicy and fried to perfection. She greeted my son and i upon entry, took care of our order and topped it off with Oreos Togo. This is our go to spot on Saturdays.
