It was a better experience when you could add your own toppings, because sometimes they add too much or too little of certain toppings, after you've provided clear instructions. Like today, I wanted more mochi and less sour patches, but recieved the opposite.
Either way, the frozen yogurt is absolutely delicious and there's a nice variety of toppings to please the chocolate or fruit lovers.
The customer service is always hit or miss, but the frozen dessert options are always consistently good.
