Fries are dried and not seasoned, then they were raggedy looking like it was crumbly, the cinnamon twists were stale and not fresh at all, taco shells fall apart and aren't crunchy at all literally stuck to the wrapper.

Went through the drive through at 10:59pm. Everything was okay, including the food, other than the total was $8 and some change. I handed the worker a $20 bill, and they gave me my bag of food, and threw my change in the bag with the food… I asked them where my change was and the worker blatantly stated that my change was in the bag, with my food… just seemed very unprofessional and dirty to put my money in the drive through bag with my food… very disappointed

Great experience crew was super helpful and went above to help me get my kiosk order figured out food was tasty and looked nice to me they were super busy people and cats everywhere but still helped me so happy with this fast food place

Usually great experiences, but today they were sounding like they were distracted taking the order. I asked for ONE modification and they couldn’t do it correctly, which was take a sauce off. They did not ask if we wanted any sauce. I got fiesta potatoes and got no fork. As well as no straws for drinks.

The morning staff doesn't know English, so every order I've gotten is incorrect on this shift. I never get hot sauces, no napkins, and when I order extra meat, I get nothing more than a few pieces.

Terrible service and food. The last few times I’ve eaten here they don’t put meat on the food. Crunchwraps from here come with literally a tablespoon of meat on them. Never going here again
Went to dine in on Sunday 23rd.... After over 30 minutes of waiting for our food, and seeing 50 cars leave the drive thru, we asked for a refund and left. The short, dark haired manager is not very people friendly. She locked all the doors to the establishment WHILE WE WERE STILL IN THERE... walked right by all four tables of EVERYONE waiting for food, never said a word. You don't do your job well enough to see tables full and no food. This place def will not get any better unless they relieve this person as a leader. Owners...shame on you for letting bad people run your business.

If I could give a zero I would. Went in at 1130 for lunch today and waiting for half an hour and still no food.(Only odered 6 tacos for 3 ppl)There was about 3 other tables inside waiting for food and no one got food. They were only serving drive thru. Seen about 10 or more cars go through as we sat and waited. As we were waiting the manager went and locked all the doors and didn't acknowledge anyone in the dining room. After the half an hour I went and asked what was taking so long and manager said they were short staffed, I stated that I had seen many cars go through the drive thru. I asked for a refund and left. She did not apologize or even try to fix the problem. If you can't handle drive thru and dine in maybe you should just serve drive thru. I also think they should get a new manager who has customer service ability

Got my food and there was barely any meat on my food order. I called to come back for another time but after I called I eat what I had left and found a long hair in my food. This store needs to have better hair covered and that made me not want to come back.

My best friend works in Baraboo. I reside in Reedsburg so after work i ask him to bring food home and the past three times my order has been totally messed up. Like tonight I ordered a beef quesadilla with extra beef. I got steak. Please handle this. Thank you
